Terrible customer service

Get no response when I have questions about my bill

Doesn’t do much

It’s not a great app. The app does not allow input where it requires it. For example, I have a power outage currently. If I go into the app to report the outage, it requests my phone number before submission, however there is no way to put in the phone number. There’s no cursor, there’s no number pad, just an empty box where a phone number should go and no way to put it in. It’s a nice try for an app, but it doesn’t really do much.

Zero stars. Not a functioning App. Fire your IT guy.

Whoever coded this app needs to be fired. Hasn’t worked in months through different phones and deleting and reinstalling the app. With my high bills you should be able to make an app. Fix it

Poor usage

Can not transfer service from the app as “supposed to be able to do”. Can never get a human to pick up when I try to call! And the 3 business day wait to get a call back when trying to set up service at new address is just ridiculous!

Terrible App

This app is frustrating. The information always inaccurate. Maybe it’s not the app and the local liberty company is the problem. But we’ve had issues time and time again.

Refund prosses is ridiculous

I created an account with them late March early April and I asked for a refund due to the fact that I didn’t need gas at the refund process is taking all the way from late March early April into May it didn’t take me that long to make a deposit. It shouldn’t take me that long to get my money back. That is extremely ridiculous. They need to change their process of refunds anybody that requested a refund should be able to obtain their money it should not take almost 2 months for them to get their money back when they didn’t take two months to pay the company

Least Functional App Ever

There are buttons to do all the things that you would hope for a utility app to do. Sadly, these buttons hardly ever work.

Not working

Terrible app. Does not work at all. They have always had the worst payment system and now it’s worse. Seems like it’s on purpose 🤨

Upgrade

The system keeps telling me that there is an upgrade but every time I go to the AppStore to do so there’s nothing there to upgrade this has happened three times, I’m confused.

App Sucks

$600 is the maximum you can pay at any given time so you have to setup multiple payments. This app is trash.

Horrible stay away from this company

By far the worst electrical company I’ve worked with. Bills are insane and get multiple bills in a month all with different prices.

Errors for everything

Have to end up calling for everything, this app just doesn’t work. My balance doesn’t even appear. Can’t make a payment. Enrolled for recurring payments…doesn’t work! App is a waste of time.
