I’m so grateful that this service exists. Or else I wouldn’t have a seamless chance to split my rent. The only thing to watch out for is when the payments actually get charged from your bank account. It’s not automatic. It takes minimum of 3 days for it to clear. Maybe longer. And nothing can happen on the account until each payment due is fully processed. So that’s something important to consider
