A blessing in disguise
I was given the chance to apply to use
the Livble app. Luckily I was qualified to split my rent and pay overtime. Couldn’t have come at a better time . Thanks to the person who created this opportunity.Makes my life so much easier , having not to worry about having my entire rent payment at once especially when you are going through rough and tough times As I have said earlier,it’s a blessing in disguise. Saves you from embarrassment and gives you peace of mind . Thank you again!!
I wish they would take the money themselves or otherwise if you forget to actually go on the app and make the payment it goes over into multiple days,charges more to use the app and makes you feel frustrated .This part needs to be fixed.

The Reasonable Option
Even if a hiccup or processing issues arise, they are very adaptable and willing to work with you to make sure everything is resolved in a timely manner. I can respect that in comparison to previous apps that aid in a similar fashion.

I’ve been using Livble since June
Since switching from Flex to Livable, every month has been an issue.
With each month with Livble is has been one thing after the next. Livble doesn’t debit from your bank account quickly like the Flex app. (Flex debits within 24 hours if not quicker) so needless to say I needed up paying $25 in returned fees when I went to the store the next day not realizing it took at least 2 days to clear. Flex being is so fast to debit your account, I made the stupid assumption that all the split rent apps did the same.
The time constraints are also a headache too. (Processing between 2-3pm)
Be careful when considering Livble. I will go back to Flex next month if I can!
