The worst app. Never works efficiently

Improvements for Considerstion

I’ve used several apps similar to this for previous apartment buildings and this one fails in comparison. If the developers are reading this, consider copying several features from the “Chirp Access” app.

- Need to have a section for “Favorites” to easily add doors that are commonly used to avoid having to rely on the “nearby” section

- Need to allow multiple doors to be opened at once, reason for this is if you misclick, it takes a long time for it to register and will not allow you to click the door you actually need

- Need to allow you open doors from anywhere, this would be extremely beneficial if you have guests coming over or if your partner / roommates app is malfunctioning

If these things were implemented it would make the app much more worthwhile

Unable to activate key

Unable to contact Salto proxy server is the error message please fix it. Reinstalled, restarted, logged out and in cannot active the key and I’m stuck outside of the door. 🙏🙏

I am always getting this error when they try to call me via app unableToProcessResponse(message:
"Request adaption failed with error:
The operation couldn't be completed.
(BMXCore. ServiceError error O.) ")

so slow and glitchy

it takes 30-60 seconds to open the main page, 30-60 more seconds to load the keys, 1-2 minutes to register my key when i’m standing right in front of the door

There in no Apple watch widget

Please develop the Apple watch widget option, and the option to unlock the door from a distance, without tapping.

Wish we could communicate directly with individuals. Community members share about their businesses and it would be easier to share contact information directly, make accommodations etc

Great app so far but T&Cs are confusing

The app has worked well and has been easy to use so far, but the terms and conditions clearly state that it is only to be used in the United States. The management of my ~300 unit apartment tower in Canada is using it.

Wireless key does not support Apple Wallet

Their app page says they support Apple Wallet, but there is no option to add the key to it.

Got Locked Out - Thank You AI-Powered Livly App

Like another user, I also got locked out of my unit 🙄. And from Livly… crickets 🦗 🦗🦗. No in-app notification about an outage, what the issue was, or when service would be restored. Not even our building manager could get an answer!? Suffice it to say I will NEVER again leave my unit without my keys. I wish I could delete this app, but our building makes us use it. This app is NOT made for tenants. According to their website, Livly is built on the promise of making property management ‘simplified’ and ‘unified’ thanks to being ‘IA-powered’. That’s right, so powerful it can’t even figure out when an outage is happening.

No Apple Watch app

Why isn’t there an Apple Watch app? It would make so much sense, especially if your phone died.

I love it here everything has been great staff as well

Would love maintenance to look at refrigerator. For past two years has been using towels on shelves.

Was told by previous supervisor of maintenance to keep items low away from vents in freezer. That did not help. Then I put in work order and nobody ever came by.

Works 25% of the time

It’s a fine app for a backup, if it actually ever worked when you need it. Always comes back with an Error attempting to retrieve credentials

Junk app

Cannot control thermostat with this app like it states. Management is telling us it is a programming error.

Locked out of my apartment several times

Key randomly stop working being locked out of my apartment. Couldn’t activate key, kept showing me the same error.
Absolutely 0 support while being locked out of my home.

Slow intro animations

Chief issues: App when started up takes incredibly long to open. When I start the app. Why is the opening animation so long?

It’s good but one feature is missing

It’s a really good App. But one feature is missing to get 5 Stars. Please add it also for Apple Watch / smartwatches. Especially the key function!!! How many times I forgot my phone, when I just want to bring out the garbage or check my mailbox…
