Progress
Lot airlines made huge progress with the online part of the airlines. Used to be slow, most of the times website didn’t work, you could never reach customer service and when you did they were extremely rood. Even when my elderly mom didn’t understand polish, they used to raise her voice at her in the airport. I feel that lately customer service is better trained, even if they are unavailable eventually you are able to get a response via WhatsApp. Because of how unprofessional agents and the airlines were, we travelled with Lufthansa for a few years. Even if that meant paying extra for the ticket. We don’t want to deal with LOT. I’m glad we have the airline another chance because everything is way better. Lots of progress. So we will continue to fly LOT due to this huge improvement.

Seat Selection Change Last Minuete
I hate it when they changed my seat selection the day before the flight! Now it made me so stressed out! I had choosen for my husband to be right next to the window because he gets motion sickness but LOT sold it to maybe a much more higher price so they changed our seats last minuete!! What jerks!!!

Lot Polish airlines is a world class airline backed up with a very easy to use app and check-in procedure. Anytime I have a chance to fly with a lot. I always take it.

Terrible experience
I buy a ticket about once a week but the app can’t remember my birthdate or family members. It’s the only airline in the world that doesn’t have these basics in place.
