The single worst mobile plan on the market.
Ive never worked with a mobile provider who is less competent. The coverage is absolutely terrible. The customer service is non existent. Absolutely non existent. If you have any kind of issue, you just have to fend for yourself. I have been lied to by this company. I have been a customer for over a year. And EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They pause my service because their auto pay system fails. Every single time. I have been billed twice on some occasions, and never received my refund. Which is theft. I have in all my life never seen a company that is as incompetent and greedy and deceitful as these scammers over at lucky mobile.
If you are a sane human being. If you want good service and you don’t like being lied to. I BEG you. Do not touch lucky mobile with a 10 foot pole. Don’t let anyone you know be foolish enough to work with these frauds. This is the single worst mobile provider on the planet. If you work with them. Your phone will never work properly again. And you’ll probably have your data sold in the process.
I sincerely wish the worst for anyone whose morality was frail enough to be employed by this garbage company ran by garbage people.

Lucky mobile has been one of the worst mobile experiences of my life. Once again, I just paid my bill and it’s not registering anything and here. I am trying to deal with work stuff and I can’t do my job because of it. And wouldn’t you know I can’t get my money back
