Nothing works in this app
I can’t login. I can’t get add a flight booking. Everything I do just takes me in a loop. Worst app.
Excellent! The clear leader
Miles ahead of other carriers. Air Transat and Air Canada are horrible comparatively. Customer service is excellent. Good food, dinner, drinks, blankets, pillows, metal cutlery, water bottles etc etc. the staff does not stop. Well done Lufthansa!! Flights were on time. I almost missed a connection due to EU entry requirements causing long delays. Still , the gate agents waited and we made it to the final destination on time. You guys are amazing. Thank you!!!

Best choice all the time
I’ve travelled with Lufthansa for the last 23 years. It’s my first choice all the time and will remain for many reasons.
Auto selects more expensive option, cannot change
When searching for flights, if you want to fly Economy, by default it chooses the Flex one and the interface is made in such a way that it is almost impossible to switch to Light. Clicking anywhere will advance while trying to swipe is almost impossible, as against it advances with Flex chosen.
Additionally, there are no filters to remove trains which seem to be used to show lower prices and not an actual solution as all are with overnight stays.

Rude Lady
Horrible rude lady at check in. Made everyone on the flight have a difficult time checking in. Forced everyone to check their carry on even though they fit the dimensions. So incredibly rude and on a power trip.
