Predatory Billing - look it up
I still have not been able to unsubscribe. It has been months. You can’t call and messaging them has had no answer for many people. I keep getting charged monthly. I cannot see them pop up on my app subscriptions in my phone and on the website there is no option to unsubscribe. You can cancel your account, but that will continue charging. I followed all the instructions online and still cannot unsubscribe.

It scams you into thinking it’s a free trial, but then you make a “donation” and all of a sudden you have a premier membership.

The selected plan after a 14-day trial is $3999 every three months? I think you might be missing a decimal point.

The entries for the daily extra area where you type doesn’t allow the entry it automatically resets after typing a few letters.

Beneficial
I began using this app in April 2025 to record my gratitude journal and monitor my progress over time. Initially, I wasn't consistent because I was also using another app by this creator in Clarifying, which I find fantastic. By November 2025, I had resumed utilizing this app. When I open it, an AI assistant appears, offering help in four categories: anxiety, feeling worried, or nothing. I think that enhancing this feature would improve the user experience. I enjoy posting photos from my phone to keep a record of the day, in a reasonable way. I like all of the apps from this developer and plan to continue using them until I complete the journeys. I appreciate how it uses behavioral data to explain how the brain's neurological pathways can change through mindset shifts. It emphasizes self-expression and listening rather than suppression. Being true to yourself and your goals is key, and staying intentional and present in your growth helps you become the best version of yourself.

Surprisingly Into the one step at a time method, still figuring out how to navigate and manage the system. It helps me be mindful and eliminates the sense of urgency to complete the inner workings.
scam alert
I canceled my account and it still charged me 40 dollars afterwards the people running this fyi not care about their customers at all they made a fraud and faulty app and make shallow promises.
SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP
I signed up for the free trial and immediately cancelled because the app was glitchy and unhelpful. I received an email confirming my cancellation of both the clarity app membership I had agreed to and. “Bundle Subscription” which I’d never agreed to - but since they were both cancelled I didn’t think much of it. However, I was then charged $25.99 before the trial period even ended, and charged another $60.99 for the “Bundle Subscription” I never signed up for. Despite sending in multiple forms of proof of my cancellation being made prior to the trial period ending, and showing them that the subscriptions were still listed as active without the options to cancel them, the Fabulous Co (an ironic name if there ever was one) has refused to refund the fraudulent charges.

Motivational
This app is easy to use and you learn something new from the very first lesson. I love how you are able to incorporate a photo to go along with how you are feeling. You are able to breakdown your emotions and evaluate them making it easy to gain insight.
I keep getting billed after cancelling
The app itself isn’t bad. Not anything that great that you can’t get from another app for much cheaper. I only lasted a week with it. They kept lowering the price to entice me to join. I did but then I cancelled because after seeing what the app offered I didn’t think the steep subscription fee was worth it. Now they keep charging my card. I blocked the merchant already because it’s getting ridiculous. Billing practices are horrible. Never subscribing again. And then they give me access to their Lune sleep app. I think that’s the name for free. I didn’t even touch that after experiencing the charges they keep trying to hit me with.
