Anybody there?

I am downloading the app as I tried to phone Lynx Air, being told I had a 30 minute wait as they were busy, 100+ minutes later someone spoke to me to answer my questions. I booked online and have been for over 90 minutes while Lynx is “Processing” telling me “please do not refresh the page or close the browser” I think I will need to close the page and make another call to see if I can find anyone who works there and could they help. Oh, and don’t try to use the chat I waited over 30 minutes there and still had2 people ahead of me. Does anybody work at this company?
