Love Mailchimp!!
I’ve been using this email marketing platform for over eight years and love it. They are continuously making small upgrades and improvements but they guide you through the process so it never feels overwhelming or difficult. I also love all of the analytics they provide which helps us understand who we need to reach in our campaigns. Highly recommend this marketing platform!

No google login feature in the app
I regularly check client campaign stats from my phone but naturally, my email is one you’re “not allowed to set up mailchimp with” so I signed up with Google, there’s no log in feature for Google users on the app which feels like a massive oversight so tbh I wouldn’t know whether the app is any good or not because I can’t even get in 🤣🤦♀️

Handy for a quick change, but…
I use this phone app only occasionally. It’s nice for a quick change when I’m not near a computer. But I schedule my emails and it won’t schedule. You’ll get 5 stars when you add that feature to the app
Can’t log in with Google credentials

Disappointing
So many features are either not available on the mobile app or extremely difficult to use. The UI should not be so limiting in this day and age. Can’t even schedule a post to send later on the mobile app. And that’s just the half of it.

Can’t resend to select audience members
Trying to resend an existing campaign to specific audience members gives an “empty audience” error, even after confirming the audience selections.

No Google Login???
Can’t log in because I created my account on desktop with Google login, which does not exist on this app. Can’t add a password on desktop so I can log in on the app. Catch 22 makes this app pointless, for me at least.

Completely useless app
This app does absolutely nothing you want to. You’re better off assuming it isn’t gonna work then relying on it to work and then running into the circumstance like I do where nothing will work.
Never works
Can't get a page with a log-in field. It keeps saying Whoops! Try again. I have tried again vountless times and no option works. Finally deleted it.

Used to be decent, no longer works on iOS and support is horrendous
The mobile app worked fine for years, but suddenly stopped working on all my iOS devices. Takes a week to get any response from support and they keep sending out the same canned “turn your device off and turn it on again” messages over and over again. There is literally no support and this is not an inexpensive platform. I am actively looking to replace them and will never recommend Mailchimp to anyone again.
UPDATE: got a reply from Mailchimp apologizing (due to my review) for the repeat “copy and paste” support replies and asked me to email them to escalate. I did what they asked and they responded with another exact copy and paste list of instructions which they have already sent and I had already tried several times and don’t work. It’s a joke at this point, beyond frustrating. They really don’t seem to care about their customers at all. To add insult to injury, the sent an email telling me that the monthly fee is going up again. After being a Mailchimp customer for about 10 years, it’s time to find a replacement.

No access to Google Login
I signed up via Google Login, and the app has no access to login via Google so cannot use it. Love mailchimp otherwise, but the app becomes useless without this feature.
Overpriced and outdated
I’ve been using MailChimp since 2014 and their prices keep increasing to the point they haven’t introduced any new additions or features to an already stale platform. Their prices are too unreasonable to keep using them anymore.

App doesn't work
The app no longer works! I can't login with my username and password anymore. I receive an error and have for months. I'm not able to contact support because that requires me to log into my account. The error code is "Kimp.KimpError error code 10". I keep the app updated but it doesn't even matter. Why am I paying for mailchimp??

Almost Perfect
Really great app. My only issue is that my logo will not show up on the landing pages I generate, it only shows a blank space that reads “Logo” …yes I did toggle it on.
