Almost useless
This app is close to useless. If one reports a problem, checks on the status to find that it is resolved, the response, is to something that happened three years ago, in a different zip code, about a totally unrelated complaint. I’m not sure this thing works at all.
Garbage cart with hole in bottom
I reported my holey garbage cart and received a new one in one week. Thank you!
Trash can
I have pout in 3 ticket to get a new lid or replace can and they keep closing it saying complete but my can does not have a lid still nor do I have a new can when it rain it fills up with water . I have alot of trash I can’t keep it on the street and they never come fix it

App works but city of Memphis doesn’t
This app works as far as getting info posted but I can’t tell the city of Memphis does anything about the issues.
Responses to entries
The App is convenient & works well. However, the City of Memphis’ responses (both eyes on the problems and communications regarding your findings) often fall short.

What’s the point of the all of the city not gonna fix what’s on the map or what you see thru the app
Recycling not picked up
What is the use in reporting if they are not going to pick up the recycling, this is the 3rd week and now 80 and 84 East Falls Rd have full bins in addition to the bucket recycle bin that is full. I now have enough to fill another bin but I guess I should just trash it since I live in a neighborhood that solid waste choose not to pick up in. This is a constant complaint T on a weekly basis, I guess I should just trash everything, since the city doesn’t care why should a citizen that pays for the same services be overlooked.

Where are the rules for making a request found
Every time I make a request it is canceled because I made it too late or too early is it written anywhere on this app the time of a request if no one picked up outside cart bags in a month how is it too late to make a request
Apply button
The apply button is not visible to select on some of the line items. It’s cut off and not visible, therefore you can not answer the question and select apply. This is on my iPhone and iPad. Better on iPad. I can at least see part of the A for apply and select. When will this be fixed in app?
Trash/recycle can lid ignorance
Requested service on trash can for lid failure. Trash can has been replaced. Thank you again. After replacement arrived I opened another request for the lid of the recycle can. Because of issues that occur every week the truck driver must exit the truck and deal with my recycle can lid. Your people in the offices assumed this request is for the previous trash can. It is not. You can keep waisting your paid workforce’s time and not repair the lid. Or continue waisting the paid time of your workforce.

Pointless
This app is pointless. Nearly every week I have to submit a request for recycling, trash, or yard waste to come because they skipped my street ir entire neighborhood. Half the time they close the request within a few hours for no good reason. Even when the people come to remedy the problem, you never know when it might happen. Often, the request is closed after the following week. Get it together, Memphis!
