If I could give 0 stars I would
First, the app for some reason wasn't allowing me to log in for the LONGEST time. I was able to log in through a web browser though. But every time I contacted support, it literally went in circles and never got resolved, until one day it just worked like a few months later and I believe I deleted and remade multiple accounts thinking it was a glitch.
Second, they've cancelled multiple sales of mine even though the tracking showed the item in transit!! I lost money AND my item and it's not cheap! Very disappointed in them. I'm stopping selling on there.

Terrible Customer Service/Support
Rating it 3 stars because customer service is there for decoration. They do absolutely nothing for you. Be super careful when shopping or selling because if you mess up your only hope is the kindness of the seller/buyer. Customer service will be unhelpful.
Terrible customer service
The idea of a helmet being 60lbs and Mercari not investigating it with ups blows my mind considering they are at a max 5 lbs for a nfl game helmet (the 1 I sold was plastic and hollow). And they upcharged me $120 for shipping so I made no money on the helmet at all. If I wanted to give it away I would have just gave it away to a kid/friend

Mercari is a straight up scam site who steal from you as a seller. Don’t sell with them don’t buy from them they WILL ROB YOU BLIND
