Broken auth

SSO doesn’t work. Saw a response from metricool to change the account type and add a password, this is unacceptable and poor engineering. The web app dev team did a great job but their iOS team needs a serious look- I do this for a living and know this is solvable with the right hires.

Needs to take a hard look in the mirror

Too clunky, doesn’t capture data trends and insights correctly (or at all), and plans are way too expensive for a small single-person creator like me. Seems to be aiming for a high-level clientele without the UI or capability to back up the price. Decided to look for a new option for scheduling my posts once they lowered the monthly post limit to 20 across all accounts. Wish more thought was put into supporting smaller creators with a cheaper tier that gave less “brands” and more posts and insights. If you’re a smaller creator, go try Buffer or another scheduler instead that’s actually affordable for what it offers.

Pretty useless

Using it to schedule posts is a huge pain and usually doesn’t work for every platform anyway. The one thing I liked was the monthly summaries. Now that those are gone I just don’t see the point

Logged me out won’t let me log back in

Along with many other problems like not uploading media, it logged me out and won’t let me log back in

So great in so many ways

Great app …does so much and is pretty cost effective …my only gripe is …please ….if they would only fix the bugs, like how in app on mobile you can only do one campaign and then the + symbol disappears so u have to close app and reopen. I’ll come back and hit that 5 star if they do these…why this app is sitting at 2.9 makes no sense its leaps and bounds on HootSuite and others for 1/3 the pricing. Download it now

Unreliable

I scheduled 5 videos to be posted at different times throughout the day and carefully verified every scheduled time to make sure everything was set correctly. Despite that, the app posted all 5 videos at the exact same time and completely ignored the posting schedule I had configured. I double-checked everything on my end, and the issue was not user error. If you’re relying on this app to schedule content accurately, be aware that it may not follow the posting times you set. This was extremely frustrating and disrupted my entire content plan for the day.

Not bad..

Been using this for about 3-4 months now and when it works it is honestly very great for multi platform growth but the amount of bugs i run into are SOOOO annoying. You’ll have post all ready for schedule and it decides to glitch and now I have to redo it all which happens a lot more than I’d appreciate but besides that, great app.

Started using went to set up post, then got messages saying it could not post to different platforms. Wasted a day to post actually no content!

App not working

My Metricool App has been down since Friday. Multiple emails to help deals with zero response. Have deleted and reinstalled so many times. App will not even allow me to login, it loads halfway then freezes

Kein Login mehr möglich

Leider kann man sich über die App seit einem der jüngsten Updates nicht mehr über sein Google-Konto anmelden/einloggen.
Über die Webseite funktioniert es einwandfrei und hier würde ich Metricool auf 5 Sterne geben! Nur ohne Login, ist die App leider nicht zu gebrauchen....

Es tut uns leid, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast. Wir verstehen, wie frustrierend es ist, wenn der Login nicht wie erwartet funktioniert. Aktuell ist der Login über Google in der iOS-App leider nicht verfügbar. Du kannst dich aber ganz einfach mit deinem Benutzernamen und Passwort anmelden – dein Benutzername ist dabei die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast. The analytics are fine I guess although you get the same info from the platforms. And the scheduler is awful. Constant errors. I do not recommend

Não está dando a opção no aplicativo de entrar com Facebook igual no pc ou navegador do celular , porque favor arrumem isso, quero muito usar o app.

App is only good for scheduling posts. No way to control campaigns etc. THought this would be a great service to use but not able to run it native on an app through iPad.

Metricool Is Amazing!

I love Metricool and recently purchased one of their plans for my socials! The one thing I would really love is the ability to have notifications for comments and messages. That would be really good but overall love their service!

Bonne appli, mais ameliorable

L’appli en elle meme est facile d’utilisation et pratique mais doit faire une mise a jour au niveau des posts, quand ils sont programmés, il y a souvent un retard de 5 à 8 minutes, ce qui peut être embêtant sur la longue, y compris quelques beugs
