Notifications in App
I need to be able to notify my team while on the go. The notifications on the task chat in the desktop is great, but doesn’t help when in the field.

Works great but could be better
It would be nice if Microsoft followed through and did not leave it half finished. Why disabled comments on the pc but not on phones? Also they created task chat on PC but did not enable it on phones. Please go one way or the other and not leave it in limbo. Also please allow drag and drop for attachments. I would love email messages for either task chat or comments. This app works well for team collaboration so please follow through. Thanks

Terrible UI
UI is terrible. Lots of wasted space, eg can only see 3 tasks at once. I was looking at Planner for task management, but it looks like an auto generated UI rather than something that someone created. Uninstalling now

Can’t believe this is a published Microsoft product, the user interface is awful. Look at Microsoft To Do, then look at this it is unbelievable the difference in quality.
Not updating desktop version
Mobile app does not update desktop version or the data stored in the cloud. So in short this app is useless.
Complete fail
Can’t search for active plan. Can’t open premium plans. Doesn’t integrate correctly with sso. Wow. Someone tried very hard to make this a very bad user experience.

Slow and inconsistent to load
Crashes / unresponsive
App crashes repeatedly … and takes over 15 seconds every time to open files that were previously opened. I’m glad my work paid for this app as I wouldn’t pay a dime for this
The planning tool most people managers need

Plan view is painful
It’s a start… at least I can see tasks assigned to ME on the go. Initially plans group by favorites but then once you click in, good luck. It’s random. No sorting to get back to the list of favorites. The desktop browser version calls these pinned. So annoying… but better than nothing.
Missing Task Chat
Web-based software application was updated and the comments in the task card became Task Chat. This update is missing on the mobile app
Non compatible avec Planner desktop
C’est vraiment dommage de prendre les utilisateurs en otage comme cela, les mises à jours sont lancé avant même l’intégration complète dans les versions mobiles. Résultat, depuis plusieurs semaines je ne peut plus communiquer avec mon équipe terrain qui utilise l’app mobile car les commentaires de tâches ne sont plus visible du tout dans l’app bureau. Les fils de conversation de l’app bureau ne sont également pas visible dans l’app mobile. Lorsqu’un collègue du bureau me tag dans une discussion de tache, je reçois une notification sur mon cellulaire et je ne suis même pas capable de voir le message! Aucune idée également de quand cela sera réglé dans le blogue de MICROSOFT.

Basic but good
Some basic refinements would be good, such as:
A option to arrange items within a todo list in the order of one of a number of optional categories .
Alerts would be useful.
Maybe a sortable overall cost box, and even an optional cost box for each item in the todo list

Premium plan doesn’t work
My workplace pays for a very expensive premium license and it doesn’t work in the app. It only has the basic features.
Needs to update planner logo
Uses the outdated planner logo. Shows how little attention this app is getting

Pretty good
Nice and simple. I sure hope it gets more customization options. I’d love to see a progress bar on the basic tier

Decent app. But could do better. Especially if it was enabling widgets or Split View. Keep going!
