Horrible app, keeps charging you after your trial
I paid the $18.99 month trial. You expect to get a month of workouts…wrong, you get a sample of 5 workouts, then the opportunity to buy more from that point. The workouts are short and I went through them in the first 2 days. I decided not to buy anything more from them because the app was horrible and did not seem promising. However, if you do not physically cancel your subscription, you get charged for the same thing the following month. The app doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions and I still have not found a place in the app to cancel the trial that keeps charging me. I had to email them to cancel it. Do not fall for this app. It is a sham.

Manual is fine, app barely works
The app is so buggy it’s not even worth using. It will just get stuck on an exercise and there’s no way to manually progress to the next one so a 10-15 minute routine turns into like 25-30 if you sit there and wait for it to start working again.

High hopes but dissapointed
Saw this app being marketed on numerous social media platforms and by Sonny via his instagram. Decided eventually to give it a go as it was at a sale price. No free trial period which is unlike all other apps. Tried using it once and the functionality is poor. No voice instruction, exercises are too advanced with no option to replace with user friendly options and lots of glitches. Reached out to customer service to request a refund within 14 days and was told no. Escalated the matter and they offered me 50% back. Disappointed all round.

Great movements but the app is glitchy
I love the movements on this app they are really great but this app is so glitchy. It will count up and then count down and then just keep counting and it won’t move on to the next movement. You’ll click out of it and then have to start the whole session over and aren’t able to move to where you were at.

Good mobility program, garbage app
I love the actual mobility program but will likely have to cancel. This app is just absolute trash. Count down timers have a mind of their own, get stuck so you can’t advance to the next exercise and have to start over, only do one side but not the other. These complaints have been called out in reviews going back years so it’s clear there is no intention of improving the app anytime soon.

I have requested a refund numerous times as is my right as a consumer buying a product online.

Poor
This app is not great. The videos don’t give you an option to skip through, it’s difficult to navigate and very expensive.
Awful app
I clicked on the ‘cancel subscription’ button and it took me to help articles instead of letting me cancel my subscription?! I then tried to use the ‘send a message’ function in the app to report this issue and the send button didn’t work?! These are extremely bad flaws to have in an app
Can’t cancel my subscription
It has a “Cancel subscription” link/button that takes you to the FAQs with no other options. And I tried to log in to the website and my credentials are no good there. Absolute garbage app and management. I love Sonny Webster though.
Ok protocol, incomplete app
There are so many bugs that this program would be better implemented with a paper, pencil, and stopwatch.
Video playback and the automatic timer get out of sync, timer widget is unruly and loud, and the assessment tool doesn’t allow you to simply view all your data—instead it relies on flashy and oversimplified data visualizations to add perceived value.
As for the programming (and I am only reviewing the weightlifting mobility program), the movements are theoretically great, but have simply not led to any progress in my 3 weeks of trying the program. To be fair, I have missed some days, but am consistent enough that at least some measurable progress should be apparent. On the contrary: I have lost mobility since starting. This is partly due to measurement reliability; I likely have not gained or lost a measurable amount of mobility.
I continue to use the program, however, because I do *feel* great after doing the daily movements. It has introduced a lot of new stretches and warm-up movements into my vocabulary, while allowing me to avoid the endlessly complex shotgun approach that comes from cherry picking ideas from the internet.
This product would be ideal as a book rather than as an app. Apps should add value that traditionally resources cannot.

The app does not work
I have just paid 1 month and I can’t access to the app. This is scam.
Why is there no audio?
I really like the content and the usability but there’s no sound to the videos it’s not my phone all my other apps work fine I just can’t hear anything and have to put on subtitles, if it’s a bug I strongly recommend for it to be fixed.
Won’t start
Stuck on “Downloading the assessment videos” so can’t even get to the app’s functionality. Hope you guys can fix it.
Confusing
I bought this program online thinking I would be able to use the app through my phone, but now I’m finding that if you purchased online you have to use a browser and your membership doesn’t carry to the app. What? It makes no sense…

Me ha tardado casi 30 minutos en abrir la App después de tener que borrarlo y descargarla como 3 veces. Great mobility plans
My favorite app for mobility drills. I have a couple of programs with them and I am very happy with the results. Best thing is the clarity of explanations and the availability of scaled options.
