تطبيق ممتاز وخدماته رائعة ، ولكن عند الفتح ياخذ وقت طوووويل .. اتمنى ان يتم النظر لهذه المشكلة

بطاقة سيئه جداً تحديثات وحظر في بعض الاوقات بشكل مفاجأ قد تواجهه مشاكل عند استخدامها
App should open while outside KSA
This app should open out side KSA as well. While someone is on vacation he can use the app in his home country for urgent transactions
No.1 in the PAST
Now if you request an OTP you will be lucky if you get it tomorrow , To save your time if you encounter any problem that requires customer service support just delete the app, you will thank me unless you have the luxury of waiting weeks to have slight chance that MAYBE solve your problem.

Broken application
The application has been out of service for several days on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. All applications are fully updated, and the device’s operating system is also up to date.
When opening the app, it prompts me to select a preferred language for communication. However, after choosing a language, an “Operation Failed” message appears, and the app remains stuck at the same screen without allowing access to the wallet.
I have attempted multiple times to proceed, restarted the device, and even reinstalled the application, but the issue persists without any improvement.
I contacted the support numbers, spoke with technical team, sent an email , no change so far…

Stuck at language selection after update
After the update, I am stuck at the language selection prompt and choosing anything gives me an error and does not remove the prompt. I am UNABLE to use the app or access my funds AT ALL.
Worst Customer Service
Worst ever customer service more than 48 hours but money has not transferred and no help from mobily pay customer service they are asking to call money gram. No professional support team I called several times but only answer “call money gram”
