Glitches galore
The website and app are always glitching when trying to book. Once I am actually able to book they aren’t able to connect the payment I’ve entered to my apt so they just cancel without notice minutes before you are scheduled to meet with a therapist. At that point it’s too late to trouble shoot and you lose the session and providers can’t reschedule. Terrible platform.

For acute situations more time should be allowed. Additionally can you please make the app compatible for use with the apple iPad.
Misled me to coaching over therapy sessions
Needed therapy per doctor requirement and app misled me into booking coaching sessions instead of therapy. Waste of time and effort

App crashes
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt for trying to help people? But the mobile app is unusable. Trying to open resources or use chat crashes the app. Find some better developers who do quality testing because right now I can even do anything on mobile.
App doesn’t open
I have downloaded the app repeatedly over the course of 3 weeks and it stays on “loading.” iPhone 14 using the current iOS.
Most therapists have little training or accountability
Almost all therapists on this app are social workers who never underwent rigorous clinical training like those with PhD, PsyD, or MD. Instead, most are social workers who can only offer the most cursory tips, and spend the rest of the time chatting with you and asking irrelevant questions to pass the time.

Don’t recommend
My plan offered me 12 therapy/coach-sessions. I lost 10, as the support told me the wrong date of the end of my contract.
Simply amazing
Easy to use. The best therapists. The best coaches. Can’t ask for much more.
Back button doesn’t work
Go to your coach > choose to schedule > choose one of the dates, you can come back from this screen. Have to close app. Restart and follow for another date.

Does not work
I am unable to use the app. It just says loading and nothing happens. Still waiting for a response weeks later. App still doesn’t work.
Completely disappointed
Why was i given a provider who couldn’t even help me??? I need my medicine refilled i reached out a while ago. I reached out on September 4 and it said they would reach out in 24 hours. I did not get a response for 3 days. Then I didn’t hear anything until almost a week later where they said they couldn’t help me because they matched me with a provider who was not in my state to even start with!!!!!!!

Ghosted by therapist lost sessions for no reason
Therapist appeared good but eventually ghosts you . Really inconvenient no accountability these days . Also the sessions he didn’t show up for are spent . Do it’s a double ditch
Buggy app
The app is buggy. I’m unable to return to prior screen when looking at available times. The arrow is non responsive. Also some sessions are randomly canceled and I did not cancel them.
App causes instead of fixes mental health issues
It’s hard to find another popular app in 2024 with such poor interface and functionality. Links get misplaced and the navigation is not user friendly. The worst part is, when you experience issues, it takes a long time to get ahold of customer support. When they do get back to you, they respond with copied and pasted factory-manual style robotic language that does not get to the point, and a few times the customer service rep created new issues within my account instead of fixing.
It brands itself as some sort of mental health savior but this company gives you more anxiety and worry than it claims to be able to fix.
