Jeden Morgen das gleiche Spiel. Fahrten werden angezeigt aber es wird kein Fahrer gefunden einfach schlecht. Zeigt doch einfach vorher an das es keine Wagen gibt dann spart man sich 100 Versuche.

Didn’t have a good experience
We were a family four adults and a child we booked it fully because we wanted to be not disturbed so thats why we booked it fully it came but we were not dropped off at the street we chose in the app ( the street was approved in the app and told us we would be dropped off at that location) and when we told it to the driver that this wasn’t the street we chose he said he couldn’t drive any further and so we had to get our stuff out and walk two streets further ( with suitcases and a child ) and one of our suitcases wheel broke .

This MOIA Driver was great!
The meeting point was, as usual, not in front of the hotel, nor around the corner, but rather Beerenweg 8: not labeled, and only a muddy path instead of a sidewalk. Apparently others have complained about this meeting point, too, but MOOA management apparently couldn’t care less.
So after I’d dragged my heavy suitcases past the invisible meeting point, I returned to the street and was making my way back when the driver of Car No. 45 drove up to meet me. He noticed I needed help (I’m over 70) and immediately loaded my suitcases on board before driving me very comfortably to my destination. He explained a lot while entertaining me the whole time, and handing down my suitcases before wishing me all the best. He reconciled me to try MOIA more often, and to report when a driver is impolite. Now all that’s needed are well-marked meeting points as close to hotel entrances as possible!🤞🤞🤞

Abholorte
MOIA ist ein sehr guter Service für alle, die es nutzen wollen. Aber die Abholpunkte sind teilweise komplett willkürlich. Teilweise wird man direkt vor der Haustür abgeholt und teilweise 10min zu Fuß weg, obwohl es für den zukünftigen Weg kein Umweg wäre, bzw. man sogar an der eigenen Haustür vorbei fährt. Das sorgt für Frustration beim Gast und auch bei den Fahrern, dessen Kunden, die Änderung vom Abholpunkt zu spät registriert haben.
Eine Überarbeibitung des Algorithmus und präzise Abholung könnten MOIA also zu einem Transprtationsgiganten in Hamburg machen.

Seit Update nicht mehr nutzbar
Ich war Beta-Testerin und habe Moia echt geliebt, es auch nach dem Livegang mehrmals die Woche genutzt. Leider bin ich auch stolze Besitzerin eines iPhones aus dem Jahre 2015. Nun hat es ein Update der App gegeben, weshalb ich sie nicht mehr installieren kann. Schön blöd, auf diese Art und Weise Kund:innen zu verlieren. Ständig sehe ich Moias vorbeifahren und trauere ihnen nach. Aber ich werde mein tapferes altes Telefon nutzen, bis es schlapp macht.
