Horrible Customer service. Their Chat support is constantly broken and their Representatives over the phone follow a script. Do not help at all with your issues and repeat the same talking point over and over until they decide to cut you off mid complaint and hang up. Take your business elsewhere where actual people will listen to you.

This app is bogus. It will drop your credit score after all the hard inquiries. It’s just a data collection scam website that will redirect you to multiple other data collection sites. All you’ll do is enter and re-enter the same information on different sites. You’ll receive scam texts and calls all day from random “companies” I Do not recommend. This app prays on people in need who need help either with quick money or their credit scores. They REFUSE to have you delete your account, I tried multiple times, and I’m still not even sure my account is actually deleted. You also do not know what they’re doing with your personal information such as selling it or whatever they do with your social security number. They have horrible customer service.

I’m not a fan of writing reviews anywhere, I friggin hate doing it. However, I have to leave one for MoneyLion. MoneyLion may actually be one of the NEST banking, cashback rewards, instacash, credit builder apps out there, full stop. Because of what they allowed me to do without all these annoying caveats, I have genuinely decided to stay disciplined and never quit or backstop from here on out in building a strong financial posture. I’m in a desperate downward spiral with my credit with no one offering help to pull out of the nose dive. Even with needing a few bucks here and there. Enter MoneyLion. I’m not going to detail everything they offered that was so massively needed in this very moment of my life, but it was a few things and it absolutely saved my week. I don’t care about any of their competitors, don’t know whose calling the shots at MoneyLion, but they have my loyalty. I’m going to rebuild my financial posture without back steps from here out. It’s literally MoneyLion giving me a chance where no one did that secured that loyalty. My only criticism, get rid of all these BS external lender stuff. Everyone else does that. MoneyLion features are so good that MoneyLion should just stick to that and fair-quality-direct and non-predatory lenders. Nobody else.

The worst dirt nasty app
Horrible experience that’s is still haunting me. Do not use WARNING BE WITHOUT THIS APP. Do not try to help your credit using this app. This app feeds on people in need ten spits you out. That credit building option where you pay 44.79 per month to be able to use 1000$ in credit is trash. Then if you cancel services with them they won’t let you.
