I’ve been trying to use Instacash. For like the past few years anytime money got tight I tried to come to this app but everytime it tells me it can’t verify my identity. All my information is correct but they say there’s nothing they can do. I wanted to try it but I finally give up about to uninstall now but it’s very frustrating when you can’t identify me when I’m giving you my ID and all my info.

Saves the day
ol’ reliable and quick! I had a mechanic at my driveway that charged $50 more than I expected due to a replacement part . I was short on the bill but I had to get money QUICK before he was done to avoid mishaps and explanation. then I downloaded MoneyLion and was approved for $60 which I received to my card within minutes and without having to wait business days for my ID to verify. everything went smooth and I got to fill up my empty tank with the extra money. I was skeptical of these cash apps at first as it seemed too good to be true but i’m genuinely so grateful

Scam
Never had a problem with instacash untill recently. They lowered my instacash amount out of the blue so I pay them back the instacash then they lowered my cash amount by 200 dollars. My instacash was at 1000 dollars. And every month they lowered it. I’m currently at 400 dollars now I wouldn’t recommend anyone thinking about joining this app you will pay for it in the long run shutting my account down

Absolutely pathetic support/chat features and staffing. No one knows how to properly run a chat or read prior notes (not sure they know how to read in general, honestly), and the links they send you to validate your personal information don’t even work, they go to 404 error pages.

MoneyLion is impressive
The ones who work at MoneyLion have taught me how to invest, track money, and earn MANY perks. Instacash, shake n bake, Bull vs. Bear. Round ups have legit saved our family in times of need when my husband check isn’t enough sometimes. They also have great credit builder tools. I have tried other similar apps. I deleted all of them!

Never opened this account it was open fraudulently and they refused to help me close it out made me keep it and pay someone else bill in my name stupidly beyond my control hope to pay it off and get rid of them asap

I have been with Money for over 6 months but it always seems to be something that happens to bring me back. After a six month period and they see you have the ability to pay they should be able to loan you a decent rate that allows you to get off this roller coaster and allow your credit to really build
