Avoid this company
If you have a home and you see Onity is looking to buy your mortgage, check with any other bank you can to see if they can save you. This group will not respond to you. Not give you notice when increasing your mortgage. Make continuous errors on analyses costing you thousands. They’ll even try to ignore your original contract that they bought.
Do yourself a favor and find a bank that isn’t a call center and that actually cares.

The new website is very easy to navigate and making payments are easy to do on this site .
Repeated Login Failure Despite Correct Password
I am experiencing an ongoing issue with logging into the application. Even when I enter the correct password, the login fails and does not recognize my credentials. As a result, I have to reset or change my password almost every time I need to log in.
This has become very frustrating and disruptive. Please investigate and resolve the issue so I can log in reliably without having to change my password each time.

Easy to access on my phone
I like how easy it is to access the app so I can make additional payments as I am able to.
I don’t like how it continually asks me to set up automatic payments before I can do anything thing else though.
But I still give it 5 stars

i hate the change, the app is always down, i can never get through to speak to anyone. worst customer service i have ever experienced. can’t even start to speak to the escrow deptartment. i wish they would sell my loan so i can be do e with them.

No option for partial payments
I have spoken with the company multiple times about allowing half payments online/app, and they refuse to make it possible, claiming they don't accept half payments because their system doesn't permit it. However, there have been several occasions when we paid half via bill pay with our bank, and they accept and apply it to our account every time. It just takes longer because it is sent via mail. They need to help their customers by adding this feature, especially since it gets them their payment much faster than waiting for a check.
