Ok so I have been using this for YEARS. I still use this app at 14 years old. It’s crazy. Yes, it’s more towards kids younger than 10 but it makes me less stressed and it actually calms me down so I can fall asleep at night. I have anxiety sometimes and this app for some reason just does the trick for me. There are sounds to listen to, music, stories, etc. it also has games for younger kids, like drawing or matching games. I really recommend this app for any kid at any age, it has helped me so much and I feel like other kids could benefit so much from it. My mom said the first night I used it years ago, I fell asleep in five minutes just to tell you how fast a child can fall asleep to this app. Really love it. 100% recommend. 😴💤✨
