Poor experience

Having to enter my credit card every time I book and despite saving it and having it in my profile. Have had to reenter my address despite having it saved in my profile.

Doesn’t Work With Apple Wallet

I always book through the app. However I have NEVER been able to add my confirmed booking to my Apple wallet.

Fantastic first stay

First time in Brussels and first time at this hotel, fantastic staff from check in to the bar staff who were all polite and friendly . Rooms a good size and nice and comfortable, all cleaned to a high standard every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Brussels

Disgraceful

You now need at least ios16 to use the app.

I used to be able to make reservations but cannot use it any more as my iOS is earler than 16, I cannot upgrade and am now prevented from accessing the app.

You should not have to load existing Motel One reservations manually, there is otherwise no point to the app. And, we were unable to load them manually regardless. Sticking with Trip It App.

Not impressed

First time I have used it and you are unable to change minor details to your reservation. On registration I was offered one free breakfast and sent a voucher code and instructed to go to my profile and add the code. There is no provision to add the code.
