not a big fan of apps that you cannot really see. It makes no sense to not have a full screen app so I’m gonna delete the app because I can’t stand this type of app.

HighMark, pays for nothing
They constantly just keep telling me that everything’s out of pocket nothing has gone towards my deductible. Nobody on the app can help me. It’s ridiculous. They just take my money once a month. That’s fine, but I don’t get any answers there and nothing in the past nine months has anything been paid for by Highmark and there’s no place to put a put a review here.

Not Super User Friendly
I wish I could more easily process claims for family members, see status, find my inbox/email history, etc. I can never get to my email box.

Unable to login
App crashes when I try logging in. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting phone.
Most features do not work. Purposely hard to use.
HSA link does not load the webpage. Doctor finder isn’t usable. Plan usage is hidden and should be on main dashboard. Rewards program SUCKS.
Terrible Experience
Where to start…the app logs you out if you switch to a different app while using it. Need to look something up while trying to understand your benefits? Sorry, have to log back in and start from scratch again.
Also, the biometric login “expires” after a certain amount of time, and you have to log in with your username and password. The biometric login is MORE SECURE AND CONVENIENT. You are making the app LESS SECURE AND INCONVENIENT by requiring this. Literally no other app I use has the biometrics expiring.
You can check the formulary, but you need a medical degree to understand the categories. How much is a medication going to cost based on tier? Doesn’t say. Need to find out? The chat is useless. You need to send a message. Did anyone receive the message? Hard to say because there’s no type of confirmation.
Overall a terrible experience for anything remotely useful. Looks nice but with absolute garbage utility.

Not worth the storage space on my phone
Awful app. Chat is a joke. Just call in and suffer the language barrier and comprehension disconnect, you’ll be just as furious either way but at least a call isn’t taking up storage on my iCloud.
Has never worked
I have used the online portal many times… but over 3 years trying to get the iPhone app to work. Nothing. Reinstall every time. Nothing. Just the “we are having difficulty try again”

Claims not opening
When I click on individual claims to try to see more details, they are not opening anymore.
Why have the app if it doesnt work
I’m able to login. Every time I try to change a setting, it says oops something went wrong. Why have the app if nothing works?
