Horrible UI
This app is a horrible experience for patients. The focus seems to be on guiding you to medical services, not if providing insurance information.
EOBs are listed but when you want to view, they disappear with no details about location.
You can’t search the app to find what you need—you know, what every app has.

A little buggy
Honestly, it's a smooth app! Only issues I have is delayed updates and buggy drop down menus. It's hard to select an option on the drop down menus.
Require Consistent code
Why I turned on Face ID if keeps requiring me to get a code? The pop up message on the app says to keep your account safe you will need to signup for MFA. This message is every time it log me out and try to login again every five minutes. I already sign up for MFA once. I don’t need to sign up every few minutes. This is Insane. The main point is to avoid this. for easy and secure method. But last night the app was on whole night then when I go to the app in morning it doesn’t ask me the code then once I use and went to another app or go to rest room then it will log me off in a few minities every five minutes code???

Pop up message It says We’re sorry we’re unable to process your login from your current location… I was using the app now and it log me off then as usual after my Face ID attempt to use or the need my location to log in? Something is wrong here

The app needs work
The app will give you the information your looking for if you want to wait 20 minutes for it to load. You’re better off just using the website to find doctors.
Still no payment information/options being displayed even after deleting and reinstalling the app.
This problem has persisted for over a week now. What in the world are you people doing??? Anyone knows what they are doing? And there is NO new update available even after refreshing the updates list.

The app is okay unless you want to pay your premium. Suffice it to say Molina is certainly no Blue Cross Blue Sheild or on pat with any of the other big insurance carriers.

App is way too buggy I’ve I had to change my password multiple times to then be met with a notification stating that I’ve put in the wrong password

Maybe it’s better than nothing but constant issues with error messages & not saving favorites etc
Horrible app; the worst health plan.
I have been a provider for 30 years and a Molina provider for over 20 years. This is my first month being a member and it is truly the worst plan. The buggy app with broken messaging is the best part. Horrible CS, horrible. Garbage. Stay away from this!! I would easily pay $1000 more a year to not have the absolutely bottom of the barrel experience I have had in less than one month. in all my years of dealing with health plans as a provider and a member, this is truly the worst — more like organized crime. The ginned up reviews are a joke.

Bugs (can’t edit certain personal info), freezes and stalls (you have close out of app, or the app logs itself out), no notifications sent despite permissions granted. I could go on. Whoever designed the update needs to go back and learn how to code and troubleshoot.

App keeps freezing. You have to enter all your information before you can move forward, but can’t enter anything. WTF

Always an issue logging in, the biggest is trying to reach someone me message yet when waiting for a response there are no notifications and when attempting to open the message center it freezes but the worst of all is you can’t even read the response because the page is glitching and then you have to force close the app. Pointless
Submit reward requests yet it’s never updated if in fact has been received and reviewed. So many other complaints but this is the most worth making

Dumb
I’m trying to add my rewards and it keeps saying I need to update the app. Well the app is up to date so what else do you want me to do ?
App has issues
I have only used the app a couple dozen times. But every time, there is some kind of issue. Currently when I log in and go to message center, and go into a response, the words are shaky and I can’t read anything. And it keeps freezing. And I never get a notification when I receive a response even though I ask for one.
