Очень плохой функционал! Нельзя восстановить доступ к приложению через email. Утерян финансовый номер и хочу изменить на новый, нахожусь в Украине. Почему нельзя сделать это дистанционно и через поддержку с предоставлением документов? Сделайте пожалуйста такую возможность!

Недоработанная программ

Интерфейс плохой,не могу поставить свою фотографию в приложении,в приложении не могу узнать свой cvv-код не могу узнать,в службу поддержки не могу написать с приложения ,даёт выбор только звонить,пополнить счёт телефона с приложения не могу ,до какого времени карточка действует ,отсутствует кеш-бек.Такое ощущение что сэкономили на приложении по максимуму.Моя оценка очень негативная.

Ужасное приложение. Выкидывает постоянно с профиля и не даёт заходить обратно. Не рекомендую его вообще использовать. Нужно его запретить

Huston, we have a problem

I have a lot of problems with access. I can't enter into my account for a long time. When i tried to reset a password, smth went wrong and i saw just a white screen. Technical support has tried to help, but even after their intrusion i didn't get any results.
It is really bad, because this is a banking and i don't unable to manage my money now.
Please, gays, you have to do smth with it!!!

Can’t imagine worst customer service!

First of all they can’t write your information by the right way, and always you’ll find some mistakes : phone number/your name/dob. Then you’re trying to send money somewhere - and getting cancellation because of some card problem. When you call to customer service - they’re answering you after 2-3 days of trying by this way : “This is problem with OnePay, as soon as we fix it - we will text you”. That’s it. Still waiting to send money out of there and forget as nightmare!! Thanks a lot !! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Очень плохо

Без пластиковой карты не узнать номер из мобильного приложения, не узнать cvc, не привязать к wallet. Такое убогое приложение я не встречал никогда. Если вам не приходилось им пользоваться - вы счастливчик!
