Hate updates
I hate this app every time it makes me update. It logged me out, and I have to call customer service and change my password every time I hate this app.🤬😡😡🤬
Not Functional
App seldomly works. Two days after a scheduled maintenance and still not able to login.

Worst App Dev ever!
This has to be one of the most useless apps I use for any financial transaction. Not a full screen one iPad, nor ability to expand, no download capability for documents, small fonts, ridiculous workflows. Trash…I think a small child may have built this for practice. I cannot believe the CEO would allow this application to be deployed.

Terrible app with poor functionality
I can’t believe my mortgage is in the hands of such a poorly designed app. Buttons and functions are unorganized, i use face id to log in and then need to sign in once i’m in the app to see my balance. It looks like they have not updated this since 2009
It used to work
I used to be able to zoom,download or print my statement. It don’t work or it’s not easy.
Less reliable
It is still possible to make payments from this app but otherwise it became obsolete and useless. Not allowed to download documents. Not possible to make screenshots or zoom in to read statements. I have to request mauled docs.
Useless app
Fix to use the full screen on iPad and be able to zoom in, print and screenshot and not get a black photo.
What are you hiding from the consumer using the app???
Extra fees or hidden charges we can’t keep records of it. Don’t waste time and just use the web browser.

Slow
App is not user friendly at all. Lots of lag.
Very unfriendly app
You can’t download documents, at least without major difficulties. I’m also unable to enlarge them when on the app in order to read them. I finally downloaded a document from the website (not the app), but it gave me an error when trying to open it from the place I downloaded it to. This has created a whole lot of major hassles and headaches for me, as I am not even able to take a screenshot of anything.

It told me to update did now it says I can’t login til they open what type of mess is that smh

Screenshot disabled
I was tracking balances using the app for years, taking screenshots, now they for some reason blocked those, why??? It has 0 practical sense, it’s my data but I get treated like I am the criminal.

Imagine releasing an app that doesn’t work!
Seriously, I have a web degree, and my masters in business and couldn’t imagine a deployment of an app that doesn’t work on an iPhone in the iPhone store! In addition to this, the security measures for this institution are the most absurd. Do better, or sit down and allow someone that can!
Login issue
The issue I am having is during the login process when asked to verify my identity through email or SMS, once one of the options is ticked There is no next or continue option leaving me, stuck on that page. I’m on the latest version of iOS on my iPhone and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Imposible to make payment in the go
The app is very convenient for making payments, but unfortunately every time you log in you must have a phone number ready for security texts as well as a code in your email, which, let's say, to get out of trouble and make a payment becomes super complicated, they should lower the extra security a little to make payments, for example if it is for payment only, user id and password, but if you want to see balance, account details or other options, high security would be good, but simply to make a payment, so many steps are not necessary, unfortunately on several occasions I was late because I could not make payments with it, which means I have to go home to a computer and perform all the security steps so that I can make the monthly payment, I hope that someone in charge of updates in this application take into account what happens with users who simply want to make the monthly payment, thank you very much

Terrible
Used to be only descent, and I say descent! Now, basically useless. Can’t even get my statements anymore. Waste of time while federal regulation requires to provide monthly statements!!!
Worse technology
After they updated their terms you have to wait a good 5 minutes before they allow you to agree once you do they ask you to enter a code to proceed. It takes more than 2 hours for that code to come through.What a joke.
