App doesn’t work for anything except paying a bill. Either runs into unexpected error, or never loads the information. Please fix your app, because your phone support lines are also horrible.

I’ve been using this app for several years and for the last month I haven’t been able to open it. No updates are available and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, nothing is working.

Automated systems

The service I can’t complain about. I have had straight talk for damn near 14 years. My only problem is when ever I dial 611 or go online to pay for bill. It’s always a hassle. Like yall system is forever glitching like fix it damn

Either your service is terrible or you throttle data. Either way I don’t like paying for either one. I won’t be a customer long.
