Terrible app
This app has to be one of the worst optimized apps for your device it never loads anything at all it’s so bizarre for a service provider this is embarrassing how can you endorse this you can’t ever navigate to anything on the app it just takes you to endless load screens very rarely can you actually accomplish anything on here what a joke

Garbage App
This app is absolute trash. Half the time you can’t find what setting/option/page etc. you’re looking for and the other half of the time the app just straight up doesn’t work at all. I have a regular issue where auto pay doesn’t work so I have to manually make a payment, then I get charged 2-3 times extra. It took 1hr and 15min on the phone with some foreigner who couldn’t understand me just to get three extra charges refunded because they billed me 4 times for one months renewal and they couldn’t do it immediately so I had to wait 7 days for the refund to take place.
The Straight Talk cell service itself is great and I’ve loved it. It very rarely goes down and I get service most everywhere I need it. But this app and even the website has seriously made me want to get something else. 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option.

Garbage app
Easily the most frustrating company on the planet. The only one I can blame is me for using them for so long. Every month I have to enroll again for auto pay, never does it work. Double charges are very common. Help center is completely in disarray, app is buggy and impossible to use.
