Absolutely garbage app
This app is absolute garbage! There is zero usefulness! Can’t look up authorized providers, can’t look up doctors, can’t do anything someone would want to do via an app! Each time you try to find a doctor or provider, it sends you to a separate Humana app with a message saying “not authorized, we can’t verify your account.” Why can’t if verify my account, I just logged in! This may be the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use! It’s soo bad that I question wether this company has even the ability to manage healthcare needs. Hey Humana, get your stuff figured out and quit wasting our time!
