Not working
App has recently stopped populating data. I’ve restarted my iPhone and am on the latest iOS version.

Disappointing, crashes during use and during login, what’s the use if I have to call in my request anyways

Love love, love the new app—so much better than the old one. I used to accidentally pay my bill twice because it wasn’t clear if it had been paid or not and this is so much clearer! Thanks for improving it.

App & bill don’t match
There’s a glitch in the system. The PDF version of my bill shows the correct number of days in the billing cycle, but it appears that the system isn’t showing it correctly when EPB goes over 30 days in a billing cycle. I called customer service to ask why it shows more than 30 days. Please advise why the 2 systems don’t match

App is useless
I used to make my payments using this app, but now it doesn’t allow me to do so.
Worthless
This app is pretty much useless. I can’t get it to do anything it’s supposed to do. The only thing when I open the app is it gives me my bill and that’s it. I can’t report an outage. I can’t check on anything. I can’t find out anything about restoration. The only thing available is how much I owe them and that is it.

App Glitches experienced during severe weather
Reported outage during storms. App updated with manual restore of power when power restored the 1st time. I reported a new outage that immediately got updated with the 1st restore time of 07:53am. I kept reporting outages because of the incorrect status. Called EPB to verify my outage was reported. Customer service told me app probably was updated because system was overloaded. Interesting response when Chattanooga has fastest internet in the country. Power restored 6 hrs later.

Why The Negativity
App is minimal but it works great.
Being able to see hr/daily/monthly energy usage is really cool. Give it a try. I wish more app where only 18 megabits.

Ok but a few improvements needed
Overall I like the app and find it useful. Lots of good information and I like being able to report a power outage through the app.
It would be even more helpful if there were an option to report a fiber network outage.
Also, the screen does not display correctly on my iPhone 13. On the Home Screen I can see only a small portion of the third button. Cannot read the text on it.

Limited usage
My app will only let me see my usage and report an outage but I can not pay my bill which is really the only reason I wanted the app.
Only 2 options
My app for some reason only shows my bill and my account with no options on the meter or information on the power outage!
Great app
Provides a lot of information on your energy usage. Also has a map of power outages and a way to report an outage. Can also set alerts on your energy usage.

I can’t pay or even see my bill through this app. What is the point?
App does not work
I downloaded the app and can’t log in due to a server error. There’s a lot of potential for good customer service and brand reputation here but the app can’t even perform the most basic of functions.
Useless
Still the most useless app I’ve downloaded. Just tried it again and after all these years it is still as terrible as ever. Why can’t we setup billing through the app? The web site is soar as bad, as it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to change which card I want to use to pay my bill. You’d think it should be easy to pay.

No Bill/Pay option
The app as it is works fine. Just is not much to it. Please update for 2022 & add the option to View/Pay Bill. I love EPB, but the app is lacking.
