What’s the point
The old app at least worked. This requires me to call in every service request and wait an hour for a call back. What a waste of tax dollars.
Complete trash!
Used to be a great app that worked. Now it is complete trash. I need to make a request to the city to come pick up this app as illegal dumping.
Neolithic Incompetence
They had a working app, even though it was a bit sluggish before, and they’ve turned this into garbage. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up this badly, but they they’ve all done themselves. It’s just what happens when you have people that have no idea what they’re doing, and they have no business designing anything. The person who was involved with this wouldn’t know UX if they got hit by it!

Trash containers
The app keeps taking my in circles to report I need a new container because the wheels fell off today when the truck stopped it. The app asked me to sign in and then wants a new sign in for my account number. But the app won’t let me enter it.
Update or no update
I have used this app many times and am glad to say it has worked to make notifications and reports many times. However it is currently telling me repeatedly that I need to update the app. When I try there are no updates available. When I check the App Store it says that the last update was 7 months ago. Something needs fixing, but not by me.
