Poor interface

The app constantly displays ‘No Data’ error and is generally clunky and not user friendly

Nothing works. Unprofessionally designed. Not well supported. Develop a decent app - you are an insurance provider after all!

Absolutely useless

Approximately half the functionality isn’t there (click to make appointment, nothing loads) can’t show your network list… the coverage network itself is only slightly better absolutely impossible to manage your health via this app

I can't register ,when I try use EID or card number I got error that rid number invalid

The app has limited functions, it fiesn’t allow you upload claims or check progress of approvals.

Doesn’t show the specific error for correction while submitting the claim.

All the field’s are entered in claim submission but still says all field not entered. Doesn’t pop up which field is pending to enter.

I think they’ve abandoned this app?

1) I cannot download my schedule of benefits due to an “error”

2) I cannot make an enquiry or complaint because you require “type” to be entered, but there is no option in either page within the app...
