App can’t schedule appointments and freezes all the time

This app is completely unusable.
The medical office only sends links to this garbage instead of a normal appointment confirmation.
Yes, I get it’s about “data security.”
But this security is useless if I can’t even log in.
I just need a simple notification with the date and time of my appointment.
Instead I get a link to an app that doesn’t work.
I can’t sign in.
So I have no idea when my appointment is.
Absolute trash. This app creates more problems than it solves.

It’s pretty terrible
Ridiculously slow and cumbersome. A 10-year old could write a better web page. It’s typical of a medical data gathering interface. Slow and clunky with lots of backtracking, missed steps and waiting for their 1983 Gateway desktop to paint the screen. Almost made me want to change doctors.

Impossible to sign in
I have tried on 10 different occasions to sign in - no luck. I have called the office - the give me new sign in info - no luck - talked to person in office - no luck. I am not calling in again I was in queue for almost one hour. I wish i could use it because i never get my prescription renewed because the assistant keeps forgetting to send it into the pharmacy. Reminded assistant just to find out they forgot to do it or send it to wrong pharmacy. Now i use over the counter eyedrops just to have something.
I am convinced if this patient portal issue could ever resolved i would be able to get a prescription-but so far one gets pushed along to the next person because no one takes charge and fixes it

App doesn’t accept my email because “other accounts are using it “ I’m unable to sign in even after many trials.

Never lets me log in without having to reset the entire if and password
Best dermatology team
Very qualified dermatologists and physician assistants
And the support staff are wonderful. Would recommend any friends and family members use North Star Dermatology. I have had numerous skin cancer removal with Dr. Vemula and Dr.. Amir did my Mohs surgery. Just can’t say enough good things about this facility.

This app is very easy to use
You can’t sign in!
I’ve went back-and-forth on this thing five times now I’ve contacted the office. I’m waiting for them to send me another link. This will be the third time I’ve had to call them and ask them to send another link and they keep sending it but I’m not getting it. I don’t know why the first link didn’t work. I gave the password after I finally figured out what you meant by ID numbers because there’s no explanation. You have a little eye beside the security code and the ID, but it doesn’t tell you what it means. When you push a button, the information comes so quickly you can’t read it before it goes off the screen. This link is a mess!!! and I still haven’t been able to sign in and my doctors appointment is in another hour. This is just a mess and very inconvenient.!!!

I have tried unsuccessfully to register (tried to use both email and username) but got trapped by a “secret code “. My doctor’s office had no idea what I was talking about…useless app!!!j
