This app is very easy to use
You can’t sign in!
I’ve went back-and-forth on this thing five times now I’ve contacted the office. I’m waiting for them to send me another link. This will be the third time I’ve had to call them and ask them to send another link and they keep sending it but I’m not getting it. I don’t know why the first link didn’t work. I gave the password after I finally figured out what you meant by ID numbers because there’s no explanation. You have a little eye beside the security code and the ID, but it doesn’t tell you what it means. When you push a button, the information comes so quickly you can’t read it before it goes off the screen. This link is a mess!!! and I still haven’t been able to sign in and my doctors appointment is in another hour. This is just a mess and very inconvenient.!!!

I have tried unsuccessfully to register (tried to use both email and username) but got trapped by a “secret code “. My doctor’s office had no idea what I was talking about…useless app!!!j

I’ve been trying to open the clinical intake forms in documents and it doesn’t open or load. It’s slow and I have to close the app to open it back up again.
Confusing app
I think this app is very user unfriendly. I ask it to download summaries and I have no idea where the download is found and that’s just the tip of the iceberg…

Slow to load/glitches/resets
I spent a substantial about of time filling out HPI forms only for them to be deleted when I attempt to submit them. I have not left the page for any extended period of time while filling out forms but when attempting to submit forms it returns to the sign in page and deletes all of my previous work. Very frustrating. The app is also very slow to load anything often requiring you to close the app and reopen it. While typing information it will often not allow you to see everything you are typing and will force you to delete information you’ve type in order to get to the end of your sentence. If you have to add any additional information you might have to add it to the beginning of your sentence in order to avoid deleting what you’ve already written.
