Not just the APP but the entire Nagad MFS is the worst I have ever seen. I do not recommend it. Thank me later. PS: Never, I repeat NEVER use the Card to Nagad service.

After signing up successfully the app gets stuck on an “Error please submit your KYC” I resubmitted everything 4 times already. And this abysmal app still won’t let me do anything. Literally the worst fintech app in existence.
Needs a lot of optimization and bug fixes.
This app apparently makes my phone lag, and I’m using an iPhone 16e, so please optimize this app for iOS 26 and try to release more frequent app updates.

One of the worst MFS operators of Bangladesh
Don't use nagad, specially " Add money from card/ bank " . Coz The money will be deducted from your bank account and won't be added in your account. And if you call the helpline regarding it, they will make you wait for 40mins-1 hour until you give up . Also, even if they answer the call, you are not gett your money back ever .
