I had a very disappointing experience with the customer support, particularly with Shivangi.
I initially contacted the support team with a simple enquiry regarding coupons and promotional offers because I was considering purchasing a birthday gift for my mother. However, when I subsequently asked a completely normal question about the time taken by the customer-service team to respond, the interaction took an unpleasant turn.
Shivangi repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to complete my sentences. It felt as though she was simply reading from a script rather than genuinely listening to my concern. Her tone throughout the conversation came across as extremely discourteous and unprofessional.
What was even more disappointing was that the call was disconnected without providing any meaningful resolution or allowing me to properly explain my concern. I have a recording of the interaction and can provide it if required.
Customer support is supposed to make customers feel heard and assisted, not dismissed. After this experience, I would personally be very hesitant to shop through this app and would advise others to carefully consider the quality of customer support before making a purchase.

Worst customer service and worst delivery service
It’s been one month and 1 weeks and my order has been not dispatched yet and when I called to complain about this issue, the customer care also seem ignored my issue. One thing if you can’t take accountability for actions then how can you expect customers to make compromises. If you can’t fix this issue then refund my money
