Unusable
If you can’t rely on the app to be accurate and for the driver to arrive on time to get you to an important medical appointment, then the program is really worthless. So disappointing. The app should be pulled and retooled.

Customer service rep told me there are only 3 vans operating…on a Monday. In the Summer heat this is very unprofessional & careless for wealthy Newton/Wellesley Hills.
Long wait times and rides
It’s a great idea to do a ride share in Newton to reduce traffic, which is much needed. Unfortunately, to cover the size of Newton (geographically big!) we need more drivers. The wait times are so long that many don’t want to use them.
Secondly, the GPS app they use is extremely inefficient. Last time, it took us in completely the wrong direction down Route 9 during stop and go rush hour traffic, just to come back to near the starting spot. Added about 15 min to the trip!
