Hi Harrycola. To register for a Newpay account, you need to do this at checkout when you're looking to make a purchase. You'll need to click the 'Newpay' option. You'll then have a soft search credit check to determine eligibility. If successful, you can then complete your transaction and your Newpay account would become active. NO OPTION TO APPLY

It says “pick an item from a retailer then go to checkout and see if you’re eligible” bla bla bla…. It’s a load of rubbish! I click on one of the retailers but it just opens up another tab for the retailer and still no way to apply…
Stupid way to navigate the app, I give up, going by the other reviews, I’m not the only one struggling either, ridiculous

To apply for a Newpay account you'd firstly need to add an item to your basket on any of our available retailers. You then select the Newpay option at checkout when paying for the item and this will direct you to complete the application for a Newpay account - Steve

Awful! Disgraceful company

Keep putting £12 charges on for late payments and have put me from 0% interest contract to a 49.9% interest because of these ‘late charges’ but I noticed they were taking my Direct debit out LATE and then blaming me for them bouncing back. I have direct debits set up on that date for a reason, if you don’t take them on time that is not my issue. Already told them I’m taking them to court over it. Disgusting DO NOT USE

Hello Kylelufc1, we're sorry you feel this way. A direct debit would attempt to collect your payment on your due date and would only ever be taken later if this fell on a weekend or bank holiday. Any late payments can cause a 0% interest offer to be removed. Incredibly tricky to navigate

Incredibly tricky to navigate, which I assume is a deliberate attempt to confuse the user into missing due dates etc so the company can make more money. I regret choosing Newpay as my purchase has cost me a lot more than anticipated, the app should make finances easier to manage and not the other way around.

The app is not fit for purpose you just can not log into your account. I have made several telephone calls and nothing has resolved the issue. Sick of hearing silly excuses please do not waste your time.

Does what it says on the box

Great app, easy to navigate and view your instalment plans. Setup my direct debit quickly and haven’t had any issues.

App doesn’t recognise login credentials? This isn’t user error! Why will it not recognise my account number? I can login (eventually) online (after getting stuck in login loops 🤦🏼‍♀️), app not fit for purpose!! Only downloaded as it wont let me make a payment online it’s glitching out, figured the app might work instead but nope!! Seriously how can the online portal and app be so useless?? Please can someone fix this I just want to make a payment!!!
