Don’t Download
Nexus One app cheats by saying download and upload the shopping bill at the mall. Even after doing that, the inefficient parking staff reject the free parking without properly checking the app. I think they are trained to do this.
Can’t Redeem at any nexus mall
What’s the point of doing all the work of uploading and waiting if you can’t redeem at the nexus mall you want. It has to be the same mall you have purchased from.

Its a scamming application
I got points and redeemed a voucher of 500₹ of Casio brand. The voucher is unconditional. When I visited the Casio store they put up a condition that the voucher can only be redeemed on purchase of 5000₹ and above products.
After that I reached out to desk person who assured that there are no such conditions and the outlet shall redeem the voucher.
I have raised mail complaint but till date there is no resolution to. They are then trying to close the complaint.
Its a scam they are running. I am going to take legal action through consumer forum.

Points not getting shown for approved bills
One of the worst apps, I am not able to see the points for the approved bills.
Receipts never get verified
It takes receipts as photos but they manually validate the receipts. This takes forever for them to approve the receipts. The whole reward points system is useless if it take a week for more for them to approve the receipts.
Could be better
Very lagging. Moving from one menu item to the other takes enormous amount of time. Performance should be better. It has good info. The gifts from reward points are not that interesting. Brand vouchers, a little solace.

There is guy in city walk wearing nexus top, they call me to the download this app in starting I deny but they told me lots of benefit, Ex- voucher of food court, movie tickets etc and I got nothing very poor experience.

Never download this app this app is mostly used for promotions they said they will give me voucher for a free ride in the vr smash section took it up had to pay 30 rs and also the ride was just 2 mins i suggest whenever the guy comes for marketing better refuse him saying i got better things to do
