ডাচ-বাংলা ব্যাংকের ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস দিন দিন আরও জটিল হয়ে উঠছে! নেক্সাসপে অ্যাপে একবার কোনো বেনিফিসারি অ্যাড করলে তা ডিলিট বা এডিট করার কোনো অপশনই রাখা হয়নি। ভুল নম্বর বা অপ্রয়োজনীয় নম্বরগুলো তালিকায় জমে থাকে, যা লেনদেনের সময় বড় ধরনের ভুলের ঝুঁকি তৈরি করে। আধুনিক ব্যাংকিং অ্যাপে এই সামান্য ফিচারটি না থাকা সত্যিই অত্যন্ত বাজে একটি সার্ভিস। আশা করি কর্তৃপক্ষ গ্রাহকদের এই ভোগান্তি আমলে নিয়ে দ্রুত অ্যাপে বেনিফিসারি রিমুভ করার অপশন চালু করবে। অন্যান্যদের ব্যাংকে সব দরনে সুবিধা আছে।

Needs Face ID / Passkey support for log in.
I really like using the NexusPay app for my daily transactions, but the login process needs a serious upgrade. Currently, every time I open the app in a public place, I have to manually type in my password. This feels highly insecure as anyone standing nearby can easily peek at my screen.
At least for iOS users, Apple’s Face ID or Passkey system should be integrated. It would make logging in much faster, smoother, and infinitely more secure. Please consider adding biometrics for login in the next update!

In the app interface it’s always shows the available account balance , so much annoying and privacy issues. This issue must be resolved
Needs Improvement in Card Management and User Experience
The NexusPay app has potential, but there are several issues that need improvement.
1. Unlike the credit card section, the debit card section does not show dollar-related information, which makes it difficult to track international spending and limits.
2. Many other banks, such as UCB, allow users to separately enable or disable dollar transactions while still keeping regular BDT transactions active. NexusPay lacks this flexibility.
3. The app always shows a minimum/held amount of BDT 5,000 together with the available balance. This is confusing because I sometimes mistakenly include that amount in my calculations, which can lead to failed transactions.
4. Saved beneficiary account numbers cannot be deleted. There are also several other usability issues that affect the overall user experience.
I hope these problems will be addressed in future updates. The app could be much better with some improvements to functionality and user control.

বর্তমানে প্রায় সব ব্যাংকে লগইন ইন্টারফেসে ফেসআইডি বা ফিংগারপ্রিন্ট এড করেছে, যেখানে ডাচ বাংলা ব্যাংক এখনো পিছিয়ে আছে আমি বিশ্বাস করি ডাচবাংলা ব্যাংক সব সময় নতুন এক্সপেরিয়েন্স গ্রাহকে দিচ্ছে সেই জন্য নেক্সাস পে অ্যাপ্স লগইনের সময় পিনের পরিবর্তে শুধুমাত্র ফেস আইডি অথবা ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট দিয়ে লগইন করার সুবিধা ব্যবহারকারীদের সমায়ের দাবি।

Balance should be hidden because as a user open my app and always show balance infront of someone that's embarrassed. So Indeed , I think balance should be hidden and when user requested to see that then he will be able to see it. 😍😍😍

Upgrade App with Card Pin Management Functionality
Card Pin Management, setting new card pin, changing card pin and resetting card pin in case someone forgot the pin should be available within nexus pay. Please upgrade. I have changed my earlier review from 1 star to 4 star because I can manage my multiple accounts now using single nexus pay app. Thanks in advance.

couldn't even open an account
i keep trying to open an account but it says "authentication code error" or something, whenever i reach the "set pin" part.. for no reason at all... this is frustrating
