App doesn’t work
Downloaded new app and now it won’t even log in.

Latest version on latest iPhone and with Face ID and the thing redirects and fails to log in. This app like AMP keeps finding a way to get worse.
Graphs not working
Graphs are not working. Haven’t been for about a month now even though they shut the app down for maintenance
Love it!
Love this app, looks good, easy to navigate. Particularly like the performance graph on the home page, shows me exactly what I want to know.
WTF
The app was working fine up until today. I went to check on my super and it tells me that that “a new update is available, please download the latest version”……..
I click the link the download the latest version, it takes me to the App Store, and it’s the apparently the app and version that I already have. There is no option to “GET” the app (because I already HAVE the app), the only option is to “OPEN” the app, which takes me straight back to the “a new update is available….” screen. Round and round and round we go. Please resolve this.

Can’t update
App was working fine now logged in and it directs to update the app but no update available so I’m basically in a loop of click to update or skip and close app 🤔😡
Good when it works
The app hasn’t worked properly for ages. Was good but now nothing happens when I try to access the account details from the Accounts tab. Very frustrating.
Not enough ‘instant’ info
No easy intuitive way to see if our super is ‘up’ or ‘down’ on the day before…consequently our phones are home to multiple screenshots from past days as its the only quick was of assessing this. Really poor but unfortunately have to use it.
Production Defect
Found and verified an instance where at least one transaction that displays in the app is inconsistent with the online portal (website). My financial advisor has confirmed the same. This amounts to two different “versions of truth”.
One would expect a data issue like this to be detected early in testing, well before go-live. This is a sloppy production defect by the developers and release management.
Where an app shows inaccurate data it cannot be relied upon for financial planning and taxation.

Really bad
Never able to get past Face ID. Gets the OK and then does a constant loop to the landing page.
Doesn’t work iPhone 16
Doesn’t login on iPhone. Just glitches and logs you out. No issue with my credentials. Classic AMP
Slow and ponderous
Often doesn’t load properly. Limited date stamping, no clarity on temporal relevance of the data. Basic filled in graph. No information on direction of the fund managers decisions
Excellent
Excellent app, allows me to see all my accounts and those of my wife now that we have access sharing set up. My adviser can send me forms and I can confirm withdrawals in a secure way.
It performs as well as my investments it manages.
Barely loads. How can a company look at the performance of this app and think it’s a good look for their clients. Absolutely woeful. It picks and chooses what hour of the day and what day of the week it wants to load.
Whilst it does tell you the basic details of your super & investments, it’s extremely slow and laggy. Screens take forever to change or load.
It would also be handy to have information like the BPay & EFT details in the app for contributions so I don’t have to log in to the website. Which is also horrendously poor from a performance speed.
I moved from Netwealth which has an absolutely phenomenal app & website functionality.

Buggy, duplicated info and not updated advisor details
The app doesn’t allow updating online of the info inside. Still old advisor details which were meant to be removed. The app never works with face recognition login either. Terrible!
North very slow
The North API is so slow that I can’t even log in!
Great app to view my Super info
I just downloaded this app to view my super details, it’s great, I can see my super balance, my contributions and how the performance is going. It’s easy enough to access as I’ve enabled Face ID.
Great Superannuation app
Best super app I have used. Has all the info I need.
Very basic with too many bugs
This app is very basic. For something with so little functionality, there is always such long maintenance (with no access) and bug crashes

Tried twice, Got the verification codes twice, entered twice, still couldn't login. Waste of time
