Date of Birth option is ridiculous…. I’m 71 years and I’m not scanning back to 1955 one month at a time.

Not user friendly
I keep trying to change my information on the app and it’s not working for me.
Convenience
The app is very self-sufficient. It is convenient to use and make payments. The major inconvenience is that you cannot call to pay and it takes at least five days for your payment to post.
Awful
Hard to believe this is what a major financial institution considers acceptable. Terrible all around. Connecting external accounts is slow and unreliable. Once connected unstable. Confusing UX. Mediocre analytics. And just today I’m told I need an update. So I do. Then When I try I to open the app after the update it’s still stuck on “update needed” page and won’t let me login. Just an endless loop of badness

Newest update left me uninformed
I logged into my account after the update and my account information is gone. Nothing in there at all. My insurance plan- gone. My payment receipts - gone. Annual report- gone. Tax documents-gone. Financial representative info-gone. Everything is gone!!!
Great app
Only thing bad is how accounts get out of sync. May not be a NM issue but I wish everything stayed in sync and there was some way to do that

It will down load the prior version…. But when you open the app…it says you must update to IOS 17.
To do that…. I must spend $799 - $1,399 to purchase a new IPhone.
NOT GOING TO DO IT!!!!!
This is Apples way of blackmailing customers into upgrading their phones…. Where the old phone works perfectly fine!!!!

Easy to use, see things in one place. Clean design great experience
Slow
It does a decent job of amalgamating various aspects of one's total net worth, but it takes up to 2 days to update the value of one's assets in NM accounts. Even more ideally it would be great to trade within the app.
