Horrible App
Who tested this app? Keeps changing dates (passport expiration date, date of birth for examples) to a different date!!! Like WTF!!! Doesn’t seem to be able to connect a booking to a profile. I ended up deleting my profile. Cannot trust this app. This should not be rolled out.
Misleading
I needed to make a time change for a flight. They say on their website they do this for an additional fee, which is more than fair. However, the change fees actually cost more than the original flight or the replacement flight plus an additional fee on top of that so for $150 flight, the change fee is $175. False advertising.

Terrible customer service
I booked a ticket round-trip from London Gatwick to Copenhagen. I attempted to change a flight departure time both in the app and online. However, I was unable to do so. The instructions recommended I reach out to the Customer Service department. So, After struggling for about 35 minutes, I contacted the airline using their Chatbot system. I then waited approximately one hour and yet still no one came on to help me. Subsequently I called the customer service phone number. Again I waited about 45 Minutes, and when the agent finally got online, they told me they could not hear me and hung up. They did not offer to call me back, even after I explained how much trouble I had getting through the queue. So I was never able to change my flight and now I’m stuck with a flight time that is not convenient. I will do my best to never fly this airline again.

No option to add baggage
As title explains no option to add baggage if booked by 3rd party. The 3rd party was unable to add baggage either. Seems completely non-sensical, regardless of booking with 3rd party, the flight ultimately resigns with myself and I wanted to add baggage but couldn’t. Pretty poor!

Feedback process & baggage fees
Feedback form says it does not go to customer service, but there is no clear route to contact customer service. Customer feedback interface does not allow you to scroll down whilst typing in the feedback box. Baggage fees are deceptive and nonrefundable without providing any additional baggage weight. Awful airline and app.

So Uncomfortable
Norwegian Air planes are kept soooo hot. Not only do they wait to turn on the AC way longer than other airlines, when they do turn it on - it’s on super low. We’re all sweating here and they’re like, we are saving energy. Other airlines don’t do that.

This app makes you insane when you want to change your bookong. Its a scam keeps you innthe loop of going into sign in to your profile and never lets you chanhe your booking! Had to pay for another bookong cause made mistake in date and the stupid app didnt let me chanhe it. Awful.

Nous avons pris par erreur le même jour deux billets Oslo-Bergen pour moi et mon épouse, pour le 21 juin, mais à des horaires différents (13h50 et 15h40) et Norvegian ne veut pas nous rembourser le premier billet pris par erreur sous prétexte que les deux billets ne sont pas strictement identiques. Or nous arrivons de Bordeaux ce 21 juin à 14h15. Donc il nous était impossible de prendre l’avion de 13h50 !

Unable to add luggage
We were trying to add another piece of luggage on the app and told we could not without going through our travel agents. How ridiculous and overly complicated. Our travel agent Option Way is unresponsive and has no phone number to reach then tgrough. This should have been easy.
