This app makes you insane when you want to change your bookong. Its a scam keeps you innthe loop of going into sign in to your profile and never lets you chanhe your booking! Had to pay for another bookong cause made mistake in date and the stupid app didnt let me chanhe it. Awful.

Don’t book Norwegian thru Expedia
I booked tickets thru an Expedia package with direction to add bags on check in. But because Norwegian classes Expedia as a “travel agency” I can’t add bags on my own. Expedia, however, cannot add bags either so kicks me back to Norwegian. Whose live agents also can’t add bags bc Expedia is a travel agency. Ha. I wish. So I have to now pay costly bag fee and waste time checking in at airport versus self check in and adding bags. Wasteful, stressful, unpleasant - and not

Unkomplizierte Airline
Ich bin mit der Airline bisher sehr zufrieden. Flüge Pünktlich, Personal freundlich. Und die APP ist auch verständlich aufgebaut und bietet eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche.

When I perchance my ticket it was with a carry on and a personal item when I went to check in it only showed a personal item only on top of that it would not let me add luggage or refund my ticket
