New to the industry. I needed something to help organize my schedule and track things like mileage. Notary Gadget was highly recommended and well worth the investment.

This is an excellent app for notaries and small business owners. It functions as a bookkeeping system, journal, and operational tracker all in one place, which makes it incredibly useful for mobile notaries managing their business in the field.
For a solo notary, it is easily one of the most practical all in one tools available. It keeps records organized, simplifies tracking, and supports the day to day logistics of running a notary business.
The only improvements I would suggest would relate to scalability. A few additional features that support larger teams or signing services would make this platform even stronger. With that said, for an independent notary or small operation, this app is an outstanding resource and a powerful tool to run a notary business efficiently.

Much more than NOTARY
I use this program for much more than NOTARY. I am a home inspector, and I put all my appointments in it, because I can keep track of payments as well as scheduling.

I honestly could not do this job without Notary gadget. They are the best company expense. That I’ve ever paid for.
Best Service Ever
I’ve used NOTARY gadget now for five years and it is absolutely easy to maintain all expenses mileage notorious act plus you can name your customers for instance direct closing to a title companies with all their information whether you invoice or don’t need to invoice, etc. this program is my work and works perfectly!

Bug with App opening
Please fix the issue of the Notary Gadget app not opening on IOS most of the time. I constantly have to reboot my phone in order for the app to open. It is getting really annoying
It has worked for me the last 5 years
I’ve been using this app for some years now and at first it was the best running for me in my business! I was even living in a rural area at the time. I would say since around 2024 was when I starting noticing some lag and glitches beginning to happen more often after certain updates, etc. Lately I don’t like how the app will not return to the same screen I was previously looking at simply due to switching to a different app on my phone. Another lag is when looking under the Paid section. It sometimes takes forever to load and go back to the Unpaid section. Other than those couple gripes I give it 3.5 stars but needs some improvement in those areas.

Best Notary Accounting
I’ve been using Notary Gadget for my Notary Business since 2024. I couldn’t be happier with the easy to use features which make my busy life easier. Tax time was a breeze as I just keep posting my entries throughout the year and then print my report for my accountant. I love how simplistic and seamless that was.

This program does everything for a notary! Keeps tabs of all your signings, billing, GPS, County of signing, billing, journaling (love the electronic journal!), messaging customer, mileage! Need I say more. If you’re a notary, you need this app/program It’s the best!

Unable To Set Account
After downloading the app I was asked for my email address and password as if I had signed up even though I am new to this app. There were no buttons for sign up and no other way forward, so I deleted the app.
New view
I prefer the original layout and view of my signings in the app. This new layout makes it not so user friendly anymore.
Not working currently
Love the app but recently it’s not opening up. It just shows the blue screen. I have two phones, and on both it’s having issues opening. I’ve updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s the same thing. Please fix the app!
