"Disappointing – The Old Online System Was Much Better!"
Worst app ever! They used to have a pretty good online system before, but this new NSB Pay app is terrible. Constant login issues, unclear or missing transaction history, and overall a useless downgrade. Just another poorly made app!

Great app. Can add other bank account as well. Add a till and it automatically transfers small amounts to the till when you make a transaction. Great option.

About updating
Please update before it’s was better then new update and now it’s very slow we cannot do anything faster so please update again to faster

NSB used to have an easy-to-use app, but now it’s unnecessarily complicated. Why change something that worked perfectly?

It would be much greatly admired only if this app had the ability to view the E pass book like other bank apps
Other than that I haven’t encountered any other hardships
