CRENY
It’s just ok. Interface is nothing like desk top so features seem very limited. It’s good for scanning business cards and importing contacts
Camera in App is terrible
Just started using in free trial and have hundreds of business card contacts to bring into the CRM. It’s so blurry I have to go back and correct or reenter most of the data. Not good. Can’t speak to the rest yet but an inauspicious start.
Promoted well but doesn't live up to the hype
I've used quite a few different CRM's but this one is hard to navigate to pipeline funnel among other simple tasks. I also found that I am spending too much time hunting for things due to the layout. I am going to use Pipedrive instead.
Don’t sleep on this one.
For both small businesses and larger organizations, the updated version of Nutshell is impressive. The platform offers robust pipeline customization, strong reporting, and meaningful AI features—putting it in direct competition with far more expensive CRM systems. The ability to manage leads, quotes, and invoices in one place, combined with comprehensive marketing tools, was the tipping point for me. It’s not free, but it’s also not overpriced—especially if you choose the plan that fits your needs.

Do not get
This app was ok, but very difficult to cancel. They only want your money
Updates Needed
Needs serious updates all around. Basically useless except as a contacts list.
Come on Nutshell
Really good desktop but doesn’t travel well for CRM.
Business card not captured
When using the business card capture, the camera does not focus and the capture is full of mistakes
Good CRM - but current iOS issues
The most recent update (released tris week) has caused significant usability issues for me (apple 11 pro and 13 pro), and for a friend A13P). Unable to use the app to make calls, open web links, or use the Lists in map mode). Any others having issues? (I reported - but was told I’m the only one).

Response from developer
Thank you for letting us know about these bugs. We've fixed them in version 3.2.4 of the app, which is available for update now.
Time for a major improvement
Last update a year ago. Many bugs and crashes. The app is not user friendly. It’s high time for a major update. As much as we like the web version, the app is simply not it! Help!
Don’t waste your time with the app
Big fan of the desktop version but the app is just a piece of junk. Don’t waste your time downloading it or trying to work through it.
iPad Optimization
I use the desktop version daily and love it. Bummed to see app is not optimized for the iPad.
Promises much but low delivery
Would really like to be able to use the app on the go. Other than adding a new contact, the rest of the functionality is buggy and doesn’t work most of the time. App crashes when you try to upload a document or when you try to record an activity. It would be really nice if you guys put some attention into updates.

E-mail can’t sync 2 at a time
You can connect two email addresses but can’t sync them at the same time. So you can only receive email from one.
How does that even make sense?
Why allow us to set up two when you can only use one. It seems suspicious like they want to read both

No native iPad app
Sales reps still don’t have a native iPad app…
Latest version of iOS completing a task causes app to crash. Need to fix!
It’s useless for the app on a iOS if I can’t complete a task and the app crashes….
Very buggy.
Crashes often. Wouldn’t load my data. Bad interface.
Clunky UI
The app could be a lot better. The UI is clunky and dated—too many clicks to get to leads, people and companies. When you click on a phone number all it can do is call out using the phone app. Please let us choose which app to call from (Skype, OpenPhone, etc). Overall, it’s nice to have an app, but it’s just not very useful.

Very powerful and capable CRM
I’ve been searching for a CRM for a new business for some time, spent many hours looking at many CRM’s such as Hubspot, Engagebay, Active campaign, Monday, Zoho, and others, wasting days on each to properly check them out. All seemed to be either to complex, to involved or just take so much time to learn, and some very expensive. I was worried that if to complex my team wouldn’t migrate and use it and it would just be a wasted exercise. I then came across Nutshell, did the usual tests and felt confident with it very quickly, it’s self intuitive and has some really powerful features. It isn’t as integrated as the likes of Hubspot, with your socials, but does enough, but that’s not key for me. What it does it does very well and is very adaptable to how you may wish to work, within days I had it fully integrated and understood most elements, teh Support is first class, although as I am in the UK I have to adhere to US time but still well worth it. It’s not expensive and can start with 1 user, integrate with all teh key software you may use and really please with how it has developed. The Mobile app isn’t as powerful as teh desktop, but very usable and enough for on the go. Well worth a look and trial. AuraFinance.uk

No email functionality :(
The nutshell mobile app definitely isn’t as powerful as desktop but the biggest annoyance for me is that it doesn’t have the emails functionality built in like the emails tab in the bottom left of desktop nav bar. And to make matters worse, if you open a contact and click their email address, nothing happens. It should at least launch the outlook iOS app or whatever your phone’s default mail client is but it doesn’t. Wish nutshell would bring full email functionality including open tracking to the app.
