Cant Open DPS account
I have tried to open dps account from the app, it is not showing me the source account dropdown.
Smooth experience
Overall, the app is really good and user-friendly. Transferring money and checking statements is quick and hassle-free. Minor bugs here and there, but definitely a solid 4-star experience!

This app is a junk. I cannot believe we are in 2025 and having this junk app for such a big bank in Bangladesh. Wasted lot of time in the app. Also no real support from the bank itself.

Worst interface. Tried to register but couldn’t and they are giving me reason that my email address is wrong. If it was wrong then how could I opened my account through their app? Because i got the otp at my email and then I opened my account. Worst experience.

whenever i try to make payment with bangla qr app crashed. Hope that its a bug. Please resove it asap.

This app not working with iPhone 13
I have installed this and when I click login button or any other button then popup error show “device token not found”. I have sent email and they said checking but did not get any feedback in last 3 days. It working fine with android phone.

I can’t register on this app! There is no tutorial for it. I found an old tutorial, but this is not working. Anyone can tell me how I register into the app? I tried to register. I follow every step to register, but it's not working!
