Something about your app won’t let me submit my form after filling it to register. It sucks!
Is NIN linked phone number a must
I’m not yet a user but I’ve tried to create a paga account and I end up not finishing bcos you request that I verify the phone number linked to my NIN which I don’t have any more. This after I’ve given you my NIN and done series of other human verification and emails. I think you guys should ease up on the NIN linked phone number verification, I’m sure I’m not the one that dropped off the app bcos of this.

You guys are thieves I did an airtime twice on that stupid app called Paga and it’s no where to be found I can’t find the invoice on my transaction history and I was debited without being credited my airtime thieves !!!!

I just used my paga account for few transactions this morning and it fell into restriction without any reason or proper explanation I’ve reached out to the customer service team through mail and it’s not responding please try and rectify my issue

I sent money to my friend who is using OPay and is yet to receive the money since 4day ago and I complain and I was told to wait 48 hrs and is over 48hrs and yet I haven’t been refunded

You said you have partnered with PayPal yes for over one month now I’ve been trying to link the PayPal to the so called Paga my screen is rotating for more than 1 hour and I keep trying it won’t let me almost everyday I think you should do better

Why do i have to update the app almost 2 times in a day
Sometime i'd need urgent money and would try to login to the account and it always dissappoint....what if i got something i need to pay for and need to use the app....this is really bad and you guyz should work on it coz this has happened to me more than 6 times now
