Easy to use app
Very easy to use and only charges for what you need. I just wished more parking was using this scheme, especially national parks
Worst pay meter ever
Difficult to use. Insufficient QR over $20 on a Sunday, not in summer. Total rip off
Price gouging in an already over taxed city.
Please charge me some! The NSW members of parliament who are public servants need to get pay rises !
Extremely difficult
I found the app extremely useless especially for underground parking where the app is not available and when I go up to use another pay station’s QR code, the system automatically thinks I want to park my car there🙄

Scam adds from a government app
The app works. But is pushing scam adds. No my machine has not been hacked and not I will not load scam security software. It's scare mongering and has no place on a gov app
Amazing
Wish all councils had Park’nPay so easy to use and love the option to pay at the end of a session as opposed to trying to guess the length of the stay. Also not having to run out to check the meter is a Godsend

When using the app the icons should match the examples when viewing the app in the App Store.
The examples in the store show a 2P icon. When using the app the icons state ‘Free’.

Typical
Awful app, multiple times, I will end a session and it doesn’t work.
Payment experience buggy
I recommend paying in advance. The payment experience for pay as you go was unreliable. There’s a bug that requires several cards to be added before payment is accepted.
Pretty poor
This app has to be the most user hostile product I have ever encountered.
Convenient Parking App
At a time when it’s hard to get cash and when you forget the credit card, this is everyone’s go to parking app.

I tried to book overnight parking and ended up pall $11.80 for 40 seconds
No explanation
Having used at $3 per hour for a total of $4.60 it has risen to &11.26 and no explanation. What does $25 per zone mean. Most unimpressed
Should be everywhere!
Use it to save money and time and avoid a fine wherever it is available. Great App.

Would be good if there’s was a reminder otherwise you pay more than need
