Not good business
I loved the breathwork training and loved everything about Pause until their business model turned to not helping people to help people but money. The team is not on the same page and I was told one thing from the sales person to later find it was just so I would sign up and once in the coaching program the program itself was not at all what I was told and my payment plan was not at all what the sales person told me. Lost access to the program and even if I paid I would have to pay again to do the program. So basically I am now paying for services I did not even receive.

Love, but
I’ve been using this app since it started and I love the older exercises without the breathing in the background. I may end my subscription because it is not worth it when I don’t enjoy any of the new practices.

Getting a lot out of it
I’m new to breath work, I’m getting a lot out of Pause, and would recommend it.
As a suggestion, I think the user experience would be friendlier if, after clicking in to read about an exercise, the user were returned to the part of the exercise list they had been looking at, rather than the top. Right now, while I’m exploring what’s available, being retuned to the top of the list means extra time and barrier to exploring all the experiences that are offered. (A filter for a particular type of breath may be useful as well, as I know that as I’m learning, I can tolerate longer times with some techniques over others.)
Thanks.
