I tried to use it but the phone number space is only for numbers with a certain area code.

The app idea is good, but the account policies are extremely frustrating. My account was suspended because my Qatar ID/card expiry was considered too close, even though it had not expired yet. Still 3 months
Requiring customers to have 6 months of validity remaining is an unreasonable restriction, especially when the customer’s ID/card is still valid.
This policy should be reviewed and communicated clearly to customers before restricting or suspending their accounts.

So disappointing
In July 30th, I registered, uploaded 2 important bills. paid close to $300.00 for the subscription fee, the first payment on the two bills and the processing fees and yet here we are August 14th and the payments have not yet been paid yet I have made my second scheduled payment to pay later. When I uploaded the bills and they were both approved before the 7 day period listed on your site and confirmation said they would both be paid by aug12th. Now my car insurance is canceled and no one from customer support answers the phone or responds to emails! The whole point of your service is to pay the bills upfront and then get paid back in installments so tell me why I am paying installments for bills that have not even been paid yet?! I am highly confused and extremely frustrated!

شارية جهاز من Pay later في قطر وبعدها صار استرجاع للجهاز بسبب خلل فيه وتم طلب استرجاع المبلغ كامل م والمحل نفسه إلا ان pay later رجعو لي المبلغ ناقص وشهور وانا اطرش لهم ايميلات واستفسارات ولاحياة لمن تنادي مافهمت على اي اساس ياخذون لهم مبلغ من منتجع تم استرجاعه رسمي بموافقة المحل!!! هذي اول تجربة معاهم وماعجبني بصراحة بسبب اخذ مبلغ مش على وجه حق

Scam
This app is officially an entirely a scam. They charge you a subscription fee on top of their virtual card fee now that they offer. I paid a bill with them July 15 and by July 28 they still haven’t paid my bill and my phone service has been shut off for over a week. You try to get in touch with them. Nobody answers, you try to call nobody answers I have to the BBB and I do not recommend anyone using this platform at all as it is more scamming than helpful In anyway

Since signing up for the service I have yet to receive an email in regards to the next steps after I submitted the first payment. The dates keep changing with no explanation. Call and email numerous times no response

I am very disappointed with the service. Despite contacting your support team in advance and specifically requesting that my credit limit not be reduced because I would need it during July, my credit limit was still lowered.
This was extremely frustrating, as I had informed you of my upcoming need and expected my request to be taken into consideration. Reducing my limit despite my prior communication has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my trust in your service.
I hope you will review my case, restore my previous credit limit, and improve the way customer requests are handled in the future.

Not good customer service
My accounts limit is changed to 0 from 3000 without any reason even though i made full on time payments and not updating again from 6-7 months if i contact customer service they just say we will update.

After waiting long 7 months , still showing your profile is under review and the balance is ZERO, I don't have any types of loan, I don't have any credit cards and I don't have any Repayment issues with bank or any other services.

لايحق لكم استخدام عروض التسديد الا على مزاج وكيف صاحب المحل يعني إذا صاحب المحل حب ان يخليك تقسط المبلغ انت فايز واذا ما حب يعطيك فأنت مجبور تدفع المبلغ كامل وحتى فريق التطبيق ما يقدرون يتدخلون.. فريق التطبيق شاطرين يوقعون قعود ويزيدون عدد المحلات في التطبيق لكن فعليا ليس كل المحلات الموجوده في التطبيق تقبل تقسيط المبالغ. بالمختصر تطبيق ضعيف ولا انصح حد ينزله لان الموضوع مزاجي وعنصري علي كيف الموظف اللي في المحل.
