Costing me money
This app sucks. I kept thinking I was making mistake mistakes, but actually it was the app currently if I login to a browser it tells me that I should login which would be accurate, but on the app it tells me that I need to end my lunch. It’s been looking like that for over a week. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does the same thing. Weirdly everything else about it is updated. It shows all my clock ins and clock outs up to today. I’ll be deleting this. It’s not reliable.

Update
The app will not update. I keep trying to get it to update. I hit the button that says update. It goes to the open screen try to open it. It goes back to the update. I get update goes back to the open. Button, I tried to delete it and reinstall it still didn’t work.

Absolute disdain
This is the most difficult app to stay logged into. Vacation time always shows total for the year rather than actual time. Biometrics and password complications are continual across multiple devices. Saved and dated passwords expire. I have been nothing but disappointed continually for the past several years my company has used this app.

Bugs in scheduling
App has serious bugs - scheduling does not work as soon as you go to filter. Freezes every time. Unusable.

I’m glad my company switched to this app, it makes reviewing my paycheck and asking for time off much simpler.
Hours
This app would be a whole lot better if the employees could actually see their physical working hours, instead of only seeing them on one week’s paycheck it doesn’t allow an employee to see their physical working hours for the year, which is very sad almost
Pay Rate
App needs a place separate that displays your pay rate. Waiting to get paid is ok and understandable, but it would be even better to be able to see your pay rate at any given time.
