I’m now with a second company that uses Paylocity and neither of them are happy with it. You need to jump through a dozen menus to find what you want and it seems like their updates usually include bugs and failures. It feels more like a freeware download than a top tier business software.

Why do I need to hit 3 different buttons and answer a question to clock out?
This app is very clear than a lot of Apps used to have on my device for work.

Absolutely zero consistency. This is the livelihood of paycheck to paycheck workers and Paylocity pays you when they feel like it. Zero predictability, dependability. This is an absolute nightmare.

This app helps me stay updated to the latest information relating to the workplace and it helps keep tasks and assignments in order in a timely manner. It manages all my amount information relating to work, pay, etc. This is a great work app.

We should be able to borrow as much as we need. We shouldn’t be limited on money we’ve earned.
Gl integration
I genuinely like the apps and see the potential value of the platform. However I have to express my growing concern and frustrations on the lack of progress on the GL integration. More concerning is that we continue to hear that certain functions , configuration and modifications cannot be accommodated by programming, when our understanding during the presentations and implementation was that these were achievable. Unbelievable that with the advance technology, these simple modifications their programming capability hasn’t resolved after waiting for more than 5 months now. I would t recommend this kind of software.
