I give this rating because my app doesn't show my timesheet or schedule, it also doesn't show the clock in or clock out of my work shift
Very spammy
This app will continue to pester you with notifications of things that have already occurred and DO NOT need attention, such as approving already approved timesheets.
Schedules
I wish that it would go back to schedules from the top left back arrow “< “ instead of having to go out and back into schedules. I also wish the weekly schedule could be printed out so I know who is working on my day off. We currently have one of our team members doing that in Excel but that won’t be real time.

I love this program is easy to use.

I’m not usually the type of person who watches every penny deposited into my account or chases down paychecks, but what I like about this app Paylocity is that—without even having to look for it—it immediately notifies you that your payment is ready and accessible.

Problematic with no actual help or solutions
The ai helper is just garbage, when I try to ask for help doing something it just keeps taking me to the same link that says the same stuff. App is super buggy and won’t save anything
Primary Screen Button Issue
After using Paylocty for several years, I finally realized today my issue with the app! When you look at the login screen, what stands out the most is not your current status but the highlighted button to change the current status. I still get confused if in a hurry as to whether I am logged in or need to log in. Both those buttons need to be reversed so the current status is middle page and larger and highlighted. This will be easier to read and keep more people’s status correct! Thanks TC!

This could be a really good App. I would like to be able to see the numbers of hours worked and the number of hours being paid versus the pending hours to be paid. This would be a great way to see and track hours worked.
Amazing Work Pay App
I've used other work pay apps likeADP but got a little confused where things were. Paylocity makes everything really simple and easy to use especially for people like me who have ADHD and can get easily overwhelmed and frustrated when they're too much going on. Everything is super straight forward and easy to find. It's honestly among the best I have ever seen/used/worked with.

I’ve been using Paylocity for about four years now. I process payroll and handle benefits administration for two companies and I moved the second company into the platform after having a great experience with the first one. For everything it offers, you can’t beat the pricing. My employees love it too. A big highlight is the Recognition & Rewards system. We can automatically recognize birthdays and work anniversaries and provide a nice gift card or cash. It’s great. Keep up the good work!!

The time sheets are a little confusing but otherwise it’s wonderful
