Unreliable, Slow, and Completely Useless — Avoid PayPenny
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a money transfer app. I sent money to my PayPenny wallet on October 17, and even after more than 16days it still hasn’t shown up. Then, I used whatever balance I had left in wallet to send money to my Indian bank account on October 23rd and guess what? That hasn’t arrived either in indian bank account even after nine days!!!
Their customer support is a complete joke. Every time you reach out, they just copy and paste the same generic replies without solving anything. No real updates, no accountability and just endless waiting and empty responses, unreliable services out there.
If you value your time and money, stay far away from PayPenny. They hold your funds, make you chase them endlessly, and still don’t deliver. I regret ever using this platform. One of the most frustrating and unreliable services out there.
